Greetings, peeps. Thought I'd share my personal N7 slayer build with you all. It trades a bit of the raw offense of other Slayers for a bit more utility, and I've found that in practice, it works quite well. Having run my original 6/3/6/5/6 Build and found it... Unsatisfying, I found this new build quite a bit more fun and am hoping you will find it such as well.

http://narida.pytalh...8@0AE@@G4F4@0@0

Build Setup: 6/6/6/4/4

Biotic Charge: Radius, Power Synergy, Barrier
On any class with Biotic Charge, Charge itself is a necessity - not because it's even all that useful, but because it's a shield regen when you need it, and because it gives you power synergy. I choose radius on the grounds that a less-than-ideal hit can and will still stagger enemies, giving you much better capability for recovery and handling situations gone bad.

Phase Disruptor: Radius, Knockdown, Shield/Barrier Damage
I use Phase Disruptor the same way most classes with Overload or Energy Drain do: to debuff enemies by stripping off their shields and barrier protection, making them more vulnerable to my allies and my weapons. Knockdown is favored over Efficiency in this case because Efficiency grants, at most, one extra blast, which, unlike Nova,  is not quite as impressive an improvement as is immediately apparent. Others will disagree with this, of course, and are encouraged to lulz around with their build in order to see what can be accomplished by going the efficiency route if they so choose, but Phase Disruptor is an exceptionally-useful debuffer ability (which happens to be usable without cooldown problems), and one that should never be underestimated. It can be quite handy!

Biotic Slash: Damage, Detonate, Damage
There is only one build for Biotic Slash worth using, and we all know what it is. Whilst there is something to be gained by ramping up Biotic Slash's AOE, it's mighty useful without the improvements. Recommended.

N7 Slayer: Damage and Capacity
You want the extra weight for cooldowns. That aside, this tree is irrelevant.

Fitness: Durability
This is key - a lot of players insist 6 fitness is, putting it simply, vital to a gold-viable class, but I'm calling bupkis on this - with the exception of the N7 Demolisher, Paladin, and Destroyer, Fitness is often not worth maxing on Human classes by simple virtue of their health and shield pools being so small. On Geth, Fitness is vital to keeping you from being instantly turned into colorful metallic confetti the second your shields are breached, but this simply is not the case for many human characters.
6 Fitness gives you a meager 125 extra shields and health, which, putting it simply and speaking from a few months of playing Geth classes, I can safely say equates to about half an arm-rifle burst from a Cannibal. With this in mind, it makes little sense taking it beyond the threshold of level 4, ergo allowing you to play around with a much more versatile loadout.

Your thoughts?

I use almost the same build except I take efficiency for Phase Disruptor and scrap the 4th rank of fitness for rank 5 class power damage. With maxed power damage, mental focuser as gear and some rank 1-2 power damage equipment you can effectively use phase disruptor to down instantly the shields of most low rank enemies on gold. Might not even need consumable power damage equipments if you have the charge bonus.

Using phase disruptor to strip shields I love to shoot a scorpion mine on the now vulnerable enemy and right after this charge to blow him away, watching him explode right in the middle of other mooks. All this in just a few seconds.

Very efficient class anyway and yes fitness health is overrated in this build I think. Charge is here to help you survive and recharge your barrier for more phase disruptor spamming, and the character has small base shields anyway so max fitness isn't that big of a difference.

I've been running the 6/6/6/5/3 build as of late.

It works well with the stronghold package.

I haven't really noticed the drop in health and barrier too often and the extra damage you get from the power bonus does help.

I also don't take knock down with PD.  I go with barrier drain.

PD at 720 damage per shot can be devistating after a BC.  This will allow you to clear clusters of low levels without getting pasted.  You can rip off two PD before BC is ready to go again (and have a little barrier left in case you have the BC not responding moment).
