 I want to bring atttention to my case as I have been going through the propper channels regarding support for ME3 with nothing to show for it.:blink:

Has anyone else had their item not delivered and their Bioware points removed?

I know 240 points isn't much, but the fact that it has almost been a week with nothing but BS from the support staff, well lets jutst say "we are not amused Bioware/EA", I was expecting so much more. :(

My policy of buying good games to support the gaming industry is being really put to the test here. Or maybe its just my perception of what constitutes a good game.

Yesterday I received an email from a person from the World Wide Customer Experience Executive and Customer Relations. My issue has been resolved and I am happy with the outcome.

I do wish that the support system in place would be more "supportive".

I am going to sue them in small-claims court. They have stolen from me for the last time. I paid money for a good and did not receive it - that is theft. If it is an ongoing situation that the company is aware of yet refuses to address or rectify, that is fraud. If you are interested in perhaps going in on a class-action lawsuit, drop me a line. I am dead serious here, this is a matter of principle.

so many threads about games eating people's points (did it to me today aswell) and basicly EA going,... hmmmm ask again tomorrow and repeating that phrase everyday? that's crap for one of the biggest companies... realy.
