Here's my problem... I installed ME3 through orgin and it won't let me redownload all the add-ons (From Ashes, Earth, etc.) b.c it says I already have them on my old PC.

How to fix. On this site, go to your profile page. Under your Avatar picture, hoover your mouse over "My Games" and select "Your Registered Game Content". From there, you can download all your addons. Orgin's profile database is linked with this site.
Cheers!

Whaaaaaaaaaaa? I've never had an option to download ME3 add-ons from this site.
All my DA:O and ME2 add-ons are here to DL, but DA2 & ME3 all just say "more info" (which tells you Origin will do it automatically)

Agreed, I don't see a way to download from BSN. It doesn't even list ME3's free DLCs, but when you click More Info for your registered content, it simply tells you to download it through Origin.SeanBahamut wrote...

The easiest way is to start Origin, find ME3 in your game library and click the "i" for game details. From there you will see exactly what's shown in the screenshot above. Either it will tell you the DLCs are installed (which they should automatically install when you reinstall the base game), or it will give you the option to start installing them.

I second what Prime has said, but he is saying Origin is telling him basicly "Sorry dude, you got a copy installed already". If this happened to me i would boot up the old PC(internet connection required), and uninstall it through Origin(right click image. last option). Then shut it down and reinstall each game on new PC. If this does not work go to http://help.ea.com and see if they can clear the flag.
