i completly agree on Shepards feelings on The Fall of Thessia feels very out of place, i never really understood why he was more sad about the loss of Thessia compared to Palaven and Earth.

It wasn't Thessia that caused that reaction in Shepard, it was the loss of the Prothean VI. The key to the Crucible and their only hope of stopping the Reapers. Shepard looking over Thessia was demonstrating that this might be it. This might be how it ends.

I still think the reaction was out of place. Shepard played catch up all through ME1 and Shepard's reaction was to increase his/her efforts. It was out of character.

May I direct you fine gentlemen to the Kai Leng fight scene support thread? It all makes sense.

Thanks. That helps to get some humor and laugh. Otherwise, KL was THE sore spot in ME3 for me. I was even one of the few who liked the endings. But KL... I'm supposed to hit which button again? Tap X over and over? I always forget because I turn off the hints. Then I'm screwed. What? I died during a cutscene???

Everything with him just felt so unfair, and to top it off he came across a childish kid who wanted me to feel like it was unfair. "I've got super shields!" Then why dance around, just come at me and kill me already. He should be using stealth and dancing, not shields and dancing.

I get that he was in the comics, but agree with others that he still didn't seem like his character fit well into the ME universe. Kind of like how Kasumi didn't fit, like martial arts on wires character, but at least she wasn't annoying. A little more James Bond and less anime would had better for her, but okay, I was accepting to a point. Yet with KL, I just can't... oh, I should go. I should get back to it.

Everyone has a bad day, a low, eventually, no? Right after that mission, seems perfect to shoot off some anger with Aria on Omega, I think. I RP that my Shep secretly kind of blames the Normandy crew for not being much help during that mission, especially no air support, so running off with Aria for a bit was the perfect break.
