Looking at the long list of complaining people and the on going issues, EA and Bioare not willing to comment on the topic I have decided to contact the ACCC and in doing so i welcome anyone else who wants to have their case presented with mine.
Accepting money in exchainge for credit points and then not delivering items purchased amounts to stealing.
This is purely a matter of principle.

Yesterday I received an email from a person from the World Wide Customer Experience Executive and Customer Relations. My issue has been resolved and I am happy with the outcome.
I do wish that the support system in place would be more "supportive".
