'Mass Effect 3 servers are unavailable' + game says installed DLC is missing

Since yesterday I haven't been able to connect to the ME3 servers, so i'm unable to authorize my DLC, therefore i'm unable to play any of my saves. After a few go's of clicking 'connect to server' or whatever it finally connects, but my DLC is still 'missing' when I try to load saves even though it's clearly installed. Help? Are the servers down for everyone?

Ok, so you can't get on either? If you play offline does your DLC not work?
