Is anyone else having problems logging into the new BioWare store?

For some reason the store is not accepting my password. I've even requested an e-mail for me to change it but close to 3 hours later I've still yet to receive the e-mail.
 
I thought maybe I might have to re-register with the store but then I get a message saying that an account with my e-mail address already exists.

I'm at a loss on what to do next.

Any help you may be able to provide would be most appreciated. Thank you!

Errr it's still down for maintenance as far as I'm aware. i get this mssg:

"The BioWare Store is down for a scheduled maintenance and upgrade

Please check back in just a few hours for a shiny new shopping experience. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to see you again soon."
