This is regarding squad version of explosive ammo. If on my soldier i spec my explosive ammo to squad will they also get the explosive part of the ammo. What i mean i i do explosions at full dmg while they do it at 50% effectiveness?

I believe so, yes.

They get the explosive effect at reduced damage. It should also work in reverse if you take Vega and he is evolved that way.

I thought this was about Wrex, Ashley, and Shep running around blowing up Geth with Spectre X shotguns and HE X ammo mods.
