When you kill everyone like this, the game can get confused when looking for Traynor. I've done this four times to test it out. Twice she was there, twice she wasn't. Could be described as a bug. I prefer calling it the best possible ending.
What is consistent in all of them is that Joker says "Damn it" unprompted, and walks out of the Normandy completely alone.

It would prove EDI died were it not for the floating name plate. Unless part of the red Kool-Aid gave everyone biotics. Because that makes a ton of sense.

Well, either that or IT. Unfortunately, the believability of cutting corners on the product designed to fix the cut corners stretches the imagination in its absurdity to the point of making Occam's razor useless.
