Ranked 63 globally, got everything but two levels of UR (Harrier X and Typhoon X)
Im on par with you as far as UR, but still have 10 uncommon gear cards to go and 12 rare gear cards. Just find that very odd. All I buy are PSP

I buy a mixture based on the credits I have.
For example, two platinum runs is 2 PSP and 1 SP.

so far, rare gear has a lower % chance than ultra rares.

Just out of curiosity, ever consider that a big reason so many people have trouble with gears is because a lot of them are Uncommon, and they're trying to get them through Spectre packs? Vetern Packs are alrightish for getting uncommon gear.
I recently bought 600,000 credits worth of Veteran Packs: i got a single Structural Ergonomics. That is not good value for credits IMO.
Earth Uncommons are glitched or too low a drop rate for me to bother trying to unlock.

The sad thing is Structural Ergonomics isn't even the Earth DLC gear. I'm sure you already know that, but I wanted to make it clear to others.Stinja wrote...

Hopefully Bioware isn't on holiday and can respond sometime in the next year or seven to this ongoing issue.

Probably have to get permission from legal or whatever to comment on it. I don't care if they comment on it or not. I just want them to go into the store and fix it.

BW please respond to this.
More 'actual' Earth DLC character & weapon drops, as well as gear bonus, from the PSPs.
Less Sniper Rifles & Shotguns.
I swear this game wants me to use a shotgun or sniper rifle. That's all I get from the premium packs. No, I'm not expecting everything to be handed on a platter, but atleast increase the drop rate or something. Playing for several hours just to earn guns/characters that I don't even want are a pain.
BW, please address this.

A store lets you decide what items you're going to buy. We're not picking items, we're picking lottery tickets that give us varying levels of items. Because this is a lottery, not a store.
And the only people that really win lotteries are the people running them.
I've gotten to the point where grinding through yet another iteration of the same waves to make credits to maybe get another 1/10th of a decent weapon or 1/5th of a useful gear just isn't something I want to do. This isn't fun.
Remember Chuck E. Cheese, where you could play skee-ball and whatnot to get tickets, that you could turn in for crappy "prizes" that were worth maybe 5 cents - $5? (Maybe if you collected 100,000 tickets, something worth $25 or more!) And it cost you 25 cents a go on the skee-ball machine... as you can imagine, the investment to reward ratio wasn't kind to the player. But they don't expect kids to suss this out, being distracted by playing the game. And, you know, being kids.
This is the same thing. Except the "prizes" aren't even real, and the skee-ball game is harder/less enjoyable unless you have some of the best "prizes" to begin with.
And EA thinks its customers (us) are enough like naive kids distracted by the game (even if it's slightly broken) that we won't figure out this is a waste of time, and move on to something that's actually still fun after a while.

I wish we'd stop calling it a "store."

Also, a Chuck E. Cheese employee would never come by and cut an arm off of your stuffed bear after you paid for it with tickets. But Bioware sees no problem with nerfing ultra rares that most of the player base hasn't even unlocked yet.
