Hi everyone i just tried to use a code for the blood dragon armour but it says its already been used

Did you use the code under a different email address? Once you use the code with an email address, the item is locked to that email. You cannot switch or use it it with a different email address.

My psn and Bioware social account are the same as well, I gotpromo entered on website, but it is not appearing in game, nor is my ps3 uploading. Im not sure where its going, because I cant login to the ea account from hte game.
