Looking forward to Leviathan. I still haven't replayed the game to see the extended cut but will be soon. Hopefully Leviathan comes out in time for me to play it in this playthrough!

Normally wouldn't buy the weapon pack, but I've really been wanting to try the Harrier and it seems like I'll never get it in MP, so I think I'll plop down a couple bucks to give it a go.

I despise the endings because I love Mass Effect.  Is that too difficult to understand?  If we did not love the series the fan outcry would not have been as big as it was.  However just because I love the series does not mean that I will mindlessly buy the dlc.  It is not worth my money unless it gives us a High EMS refuse ending where this cycle wins without sacrificing its soul (read genocide) or living in constant fear of the reaper overlords returning.

I don't know about HATE the Ending, but I will say I was very very disappointed. If you were an original Star Wars fan, How would you have felt if Lucas would have killed off Luke Skywalker at he end of Return of the Jedi?

Your point is TOTALLY moot. It's called being a fan. You don't have to be a total fanboy you know,not opposing anything and just rolling over. Clearly they don't hate it if they're still on the forums. There's a large difference between simply saying 'it sucks' and actually offering constructive criticism, most of which do, and most would do if asked. So go grab a dictionary and remind yourself of a few word meanings.

I would have been okay with it.  In war, people die, even the reckless heroes.  Plus, I do I've a good tragic hero.  Shepard was a good one, and Shep dying was far from a surprise to me.

Good to see this appear, too bad I won't be able to buy this. You know, because I haven't bought any DLC that didn't come with the main games. Also the series is kinda over for me, the whole deal with the ending, burnt me out and my N7 edition, my first collectors Edition, isn't even looking so great to me anymore.

Still don't get why the EC was so massive, but I'm assuming Bioware decided to make it so when this DLC comes out the EC will make mention of it in the end...

Now that it's months down the line I think it all comes down, for me, to the potential the series had in using choices, being lazily turned into numbers...I understand they're meant to be for the Contruction and Protection of the Crucible but no visual representation made it rather pointless to most people.

Also the RSE, "Random Slide Epilogue", gave me Zaeed and Jacob...who didn't mean anything to me XD.

Good to hear this is coming out, hope it's worth the $10, the under water section sounds interesting.

I wanna see the N7 weapons from the Collector's Edition be sold separately. My Shepard seems almost naked without an N7 Valiant, N7 Hurricane, and N7 Eagle as her weapons.

Before the final mission and EC I have a save. Do you think my Shep will be able to jump into the upcoming DLC and then go do the ending? Or play through the ending and then load the DLC? Maybe this is a Q for devs? Just curious! Thanks all!

So it is confirmed that new DLC with effect the ending. My question is: If I am in the middle of a play through now and buy the DLC will it work itself in? This is a must answer question Bioware or I will not buy it.

I will not do a 4th playthrough for this DLC.

Well, this is great news. For me, more content to the body of the game is a genuine step forward, and adding more to the lore of the ME universe is exactly what I personally wanted for any dlc (as stated on these forums elsewhere). so count me in for a purchase. I think we owe it to bioware and yes ea to say thank you and give our gratitude leviathan will be game changing dlc it combined a bit of everything the loyal and true faithful original me fan always wanted in a dlc...i think sins of the past can clearly be forgiven for one factor and we should all be grateful for- renowned game company or not..before the ec dlc came out, the point is, thankfully, the miracle workers like bioware are only human..and for a game franchise that about the virtue- or sin for that matter but largely virtue of being human...to defeat the foe of the galaxy, we should be so lucky that bioware made- and learnt and redeemed themself from their mistake.

I think it time to applaud Bioware for an outstanding effort...and to look at the bigger picture trhan crying over spilt milk about mplayer weapons being available in sp dlc if anything to be clear...not E3VERY me fan has time or will to do mplayer like those of you who are complaining it a failure of big picture viewing on your part...for the core true me fans preceding the recently new mplayer would appct that through having access to weapons previously for mplayer...for sp player it makes pple like me believe that, scepticism aside....my faith and hope has been rewarded..

And after seeing the clip we should be so lucky again...as true humans do.. geniuses or not that bioware learned from their past unintentional mistake.

Now i can just foresee predictab;y the nay sayers condeming me and bioware and i don't care..it no skin off my nose but it is really disappointing hpow, after a vastly improved ec dlc too many pple for my liking just don't value's bioware determination to ensure their fans are back on board with them on the jouirney with sp dlc and beyond...bioware i really genuinely salute you and will unashamedly from this point on help you voluntarily as a loyal fan who deep down quietly hoped you pursue the p-ath of redemption, and you have for THIS fan regardless of how many may disagree with me..and i will proudly press and drive you guys to encourage and motivate you all for more sp dlc after LEVIATHAN and i also advocate a less sceptical apprtoach.

THIS fan feels that i owe you on behalf of those who are indeed grateful for your increaidng commitment and putting words to action to further fuel a rallying cry in favour of you guys. So go on, sceptics, take a pot shot at me for betraying a no of fans scepticism with respect all those sceptics will find themselves increasignly isolated...as bioware prove not for first time they are superior and exceptional in how they integrate fan based feedback into a game post release.

Congratulations BIOWARE, esp to Jessica and Chris for their remarkable and inspiring capacity to put words to action i NOT a BIOWARE affiliate i just value my singleplayer for games that began in their routes and always SHOULD BE AND WILL be singleplayer i proudly and without hesitation or any regret in hindsight congatulate bioware as this sp dlc is effectively multiple sp dlc's in one! which is far more than wht i would have hoped for one sp dlc..i tired of the sceptics but i repect their right to vent for the sake of venting...but lets here more from the positive and core fan base that is grateful as i am for leviathan and ec dlc..

It's fairly easy to understand if you think about it.  MP generates money through micro-transactions so I'd imagine it pays for itself.  SP, on the other hand, needs to recoup its dev costs via paid DLC.

If i were in their shoes i totally overlook your opinion with respect...maybe if it was a one hr or just over dlc you might have a valid reason not to do fourth playthrough but get real mate to miss a 4-5 hrs logn dlc on average? you must be joking in my opiniion.

I am asking a valid question.  I just don't want to play the game again.  Three times is enough.  I don't like the endings or the side quests and I think the game has run its course FOR ME.  That's why I am asking the question if it matters when I download or play the DLC as long as I am before the final run.  It is a valid question and they should answer it.  If I play it right before the cerberus base does it still manipulate the ending or does it have to be played earlier.  I have a question and am looking for an answer.  

BTW what department do you work in at Bioware?  FANBOY!!

Reading all this flame towards BW/EA makes me wonder.

If a person doesn't like the game/DLCs/devs/whatever, why stick around? I respect your right for opinion in every way, don't get me wrong - I just don't understand why would people start a flame war after BW announced a DLC. No one forces you to pay for it. I, for one, love the Leviathan idea and will gladly play it.

Yes, there were mistakes. Yes, the ending (seriously, why always revive this over and over again? It's a thing of the past now). Yes, slow patches (I recommend reading dev posts about this issue, it's not entirely the devs' fault). I really think we should give BW the benefit of the doubt and stop this flaming. It's all the same arguments over and over again.

For me, BW is a company that tries very hard to satisfy its customers. And I will always be thankful to them for creating the best franchise I ever played. Yeah, that's right - ME is and for very long will be the game I love the most.

BW, you have my gratitude, regardless of what other people are saying.

Yes I have all kinds of saves.  I have 2 completed playthroughs as well.  I have a dead shepard and a last gasp shepard.  I am now in the middle of my third and FINAL playthrough right before Priorty: Geth Dreadnaught.  I would like to get the DLC and play it before I continue with this playthorugh since I will be uninstalling the game after this playthorugh and never playing it again.  I don't understand why you have a problem with me asking a question about timing.
