I'll play the DLC, but I'm not gonna bother doing the ending again just for a couple of extra lines, it's too depressing, so I'll watch those on YouTube instead with a Shepard that isn't mine, so I won't feel any attachment to him/her lol.

And like I said I am hoping for a 'Take Back Omega' DLC where Aria becomes a squadmate for a short time like Liara did in the Shadow Broker DLC. That would be cool. :)

That'd be cool indeed, although personally I'd prefer a scenario where you play as Aria, who'd have her own henchmen to choose from as squadmates(like a Batarian soldier, Krogan Warmaster, etc.).

Sounds crazy as hell but I would be down for something like that. lol

ha, that's funny because you actually expect something constructive from an online game forum hahahaha:?

Yea, I expect people to act like civilized human beings dispite being on the internet. I know I'm a madman.

So you done? I would very much like to get back to talk with people about Mass Effect who won't cry about wasting money for 20 minutes like a spoiled child.

I haven't said anything about wasting money to you yet. I replied your post because how insistent you are about how

Maybe one where you can see other things that happened such as the shadow broker ship being destroyed.

For multiplayer I would love it if we could play through the sp maps. remove the cinematics and present the maps would pay whatever they want for that.

Mass effect mmorpg!!!

A Mass Effect MMORPG? That would indeed be interesting, though I would have to say that it would need to take place before humans discovered the mass relay just so they would have more freedom with stories, characters, and expansions.

Three words First Contact War.

But then every Human character would be at odds with every alien race. Besides the human has already been told through ME1 thru 3. Give the aliens time to shine.

And doing the First Contact War doesn't really lend itself to expansions and the other things that a MMORPG needs to be successful.

It could always take place after the reaper war and be about the expansion and exploration of areas outside of known space. Areas including dark space where the reapers laid in wait.

That could work, the exploration aspect would be really interesting kind of like EVE meets WOW but then Bioware would have to canonize one of the ending from ME3 as the true ending then that would cause another ****storm about the ending.

It would be tricky business....... :D

I can save you some time and do it now.

"Bioware, you betrayed us for the last time.  I have no blue babies and someone spat in my soup!  Waste of money.  I'll never buy anything Bioware releases again, and this time I mean it.  The ending is still turd, always will be.  Damn you bioware, I return your pitchfork."

Or

More awesome than usual with my squadies.  The whole story made me cry and the ending makes so much more sense.  Yay! Thank you bioware, lets make out."

What, the first civilization the Reapers attacked just happened to be one that had no allies and whos highest ranking political and military leaders had been indoctrinated? That's a hell of a coincidence. Surely anyone would assume it was a tactical choice.

Spoilers!!!!!!!!! Don't read if you didn't play the arrival DLC for ME2

No, in the DLC Arrival the Reapers were about to enter the galaxy and use a mass relay in Batarian-controled space to jump to every where else. Shepard stopped this by ramming an asteroid into the mass relay destroying it and forcing the Reaper to travel through most of Batarian space, destroying and indoctrinating along the way, to get to the next closest relay.

And Tim did say a very large mass accelerator weapon was used to kill the reaper, but what if that is one of Leviathan's weapons.

Not sure i have understood things like you, and i could be completly wrong, but here's the way i read the attempts of the Reapers to get into Milky Way :

- they were supposed to get in through the Citadell Sovereign was supposed to awake. Protheans from Ilos then Shepard managed for it not to happen ; ME1

- then Reapers wanted to get in through the Alpha Relay in Butarian space ; Arrival explains how Kenson learnt about the plan through the Rhô object, built a deveice to smash the relay, but got endoctrinated, leaving Shepard taking care of it ; the Reapers was supposed to get in within a couple of days during the events in the Arrival DLC.

- eventually Reapers are compelled to travell through dark space or whatever and it takes them six months to get in the Milky Way, in Butarian Space precisely, which is near borders of the galaxy. Balak explains the attack was deadly because a Reaper, Leviathan, had endoctrinated scientists who were studying it, making them hack defense systems so that the batarian vessels attack each other :

I've read somewhere Leviathan was a rogue Reaper or something, but it obviously helped Reapers to attack the Milky Way in our cycle. In some way it looks like he played the role Sovereign was supposed to act. And i'm very intrigued about that character.

That is just it, I don't know, that is why I am so interested in this DLC. So many questions....... But the reasons why the Batarian scientists got indoctrinated was because they stole Reaper tech, remember the hanar diplomat he got some tech when batarians who stole the tech.

The weapons packs in ME2 were great value in the end. I did many extra playthroughs because those weapons were über. Although, we are spoiled for weapons in ME3, I think new weapons will let me replay the game. My N7s have, ten times.

Leviathan looks worthy enough. But without new enemies, I doubt it will match LotSB, which fixed my dislike for working for Cerberus. It is still the best part out of all three games. But I think a DLC to take back Omega could be as good. I am hoping that we could fight many of the Cerberus Phoenix troopers we have seen in multiplayer. Dodging phantoms _and_ lash dudes? Yes, please!

Good to finally see some SP love... still, we already know it ultimately won't change anything - so we must fail to get anything out of it...

Hmm... time for the internal debate about whether or not it's worth the points/time.

I dunno. I mean, the Fallout 3 expansions didn't touch the main plotline, but they were all good, so 'must fail to get anything out of it' can't be true, can it?

What I meant by that was fail to get anything out of it that would help us in the main game to defeat the Reapers.

I think that Reaper Tech is from Leviathan. In Mass Effect 1, if you check the planet Milky Way / Hades Gamma / Dis System / Jartar (I've just checked :P), you can read this :

Jartar is noted for the discovery of the "Leviathan of Dis," the apparent corpse of a genetically engineered living starship. The Leviathan was found in the bottom of a crater by a batarian survey team, and estimated to be nearly a billion years old. It "disappeared" after a visit to the system by a batarian dreadnought twenty years ago.  Since then, the batarians have steadfastly denied that the Leviathan existed at all – and all the more vociferously when shown recordings of the corpse made by salarian researchers.

Since there will be an underwater sequence (which looks great) I wonder if there will be Hanar husk since it could be an interesting sequence like the car chase in LOTSB

It's unlikely... Cuz Shepard did a pretty big choice about the council. In ME2 it affects a lot of things, so they would be forced to choose which destiny of the Destiny is true for mmo :)
