Yeah but if the DLC title is a reference to the Leviathan of Dis that Balak mentions in ME3, then it would be a little odd for Shepard to head off looking for it as a potential source of an ally. The marketing copy suggests that it is something capable of killing a reaper. Even allowing for the possibility that this means a rogue reaper, the Leviathan of Dis helped the Reapers invade Batarian space...not looking terribly rogue there.

I don't think Shepard is going to look for Leviathan to make it an ally, nor do i think being a rogue Reaper makes it automaticaly an ally to organics. Actually, if the Reapers are here to harvest organics, i would find it far more interesting that Leviathan's gone rogue because it wanted all organics totaly wiped out, than just being renegade cause it would have thought organics were nice to the point it would have liked to protect them or something.

I think Shepard wants to know what weapon took down Leviathan : that's what he's going to look for. It's a weapon we've heard about in some planets descriptions. It's a weapon made before Protheans cycle and it seems it has nothing to do with the crucible. I think that's what that woman's father we see in the trailer was looking for. I think it's Leviathan's voice we hear at the end of the trailer and it sounds very happy to be about to do evil things to organics. I would be thrilled if Leviathan added more darkness to the plot.

Nice to see some SP DLC get made. I've been wanting a weapon pack for a long time. I hope it's the first out of 2 or 3. I'm interested in Leviathan as well.

They can't release a date until it gone through their QA and console QA process, I am thing probable end of august beginning of Sept before we get our hands on it.

They were both PC only, regardless of what you had to do to get them.

The reason Morinth wasn't in Mass Effect 3 (well, to an extent) is because I believe the voice actor had scheduling issues.

Somehow, unbelievable. They ditched off Michael Beattie, Adam Baldwin and Keith Szarabajka in ME3 so I guess Morinth's VO was too. The unbelievable thing is that Keith Szarabajka was cast in ME3, it's just that Bioware didn't ask him to do Harbinger again

Morinth DID appear in ME3, on Earth. During the battle with 2 Banshees one was named Morinth if you had gone with her in ME2

So how will this affect the ending? I'm guessing it won't, Leviathan will probably end up as additional EMS amirite Bioware?

The concept sounds cool on it's own, but ultimately probably won't matter.

True, but then I imagine the "Excited for this" posts are largely the reason for posting the announcement here on the forum. After all, what sort of company doesn't want its ego boosted?

It'll be nice to have the Harrier in SP... because I'll be damned if the thing will unlock in MP.  <_< Yeah, I'm really looking forward to this. The EC was a good compromise for me, so I will be spendin' my monies. Release that shizzle!

I'm staying hopeful that the SP dlc coming along, starting with Leviathan, adds as much to the body of the experience as the Fallout 3 dlc's did for that game. If we do get 4 or 5 dlc's, that'll make the whole game replayable for me. Fingers crossed.........

Well, the only thing i want is the Cerberus Harrier and Reegar Carbine. I have it in Multiplayer and it is awesome. I don't have the Cerberus Harrier, however. Perhaps later. "I have to go."
