Yes, a pile of weapon useless against the reapers and a wooping + 10 to EMS strength pretty useless too...
Very nice indeed...
Really I can wait, forever...
JPR out!
Please read the original post by Priestly. The DLC takes place BEFORE the ending. We already know what happens. Despite the introduction of whatever this "weapon" is, the endings still occur as they do, depending on how you have, ahem.....scripted.....them. The DLC is pointless and a waste of narrative time.
You will be waiting forever, child, if you were looking for completion of a mileu.
I love how people still hope for content after main story, games takes you back to pre-cerberus base for a f... reason. People should stop dreaming about reunion and romance DLCs , they will NEVER happen.

I wouldn't say NEVER. We thought a 4 choice ending would NEVER happen.

Hmm... i was hoping for an August release but September is more probable, since they need time to finish it. I just hope they leave their... artistic vision out of this DLC.ghost9191 wrote...

Well, it takes man hours to create these DLCs. They can release MP DLC for free, because they already earn money from people buying credits.
And for you who say you get the weapons for free in MP - I believe they have to update the characters in SP to hold the weapons correctly.

Do you have the option to use microtransactions to upgrade your single player stuff with real life money instead of playing to earn them? No? Didn't think so ..... Multiplayer DLC is funded by people purchasing reinforment packs with real life money!ghost9191 wrote...

Not a penny spent on Multiplayer reinforcement packs.
My Manifest is not the most impressive by a long shot, but I have got some good stuff without resorting to real money,
I save that up for single player DLC.

There are hundreds of people with even better manifests without using real money.

This is stupid you all **** for months about the lack of sp dlc and now that we get some u all want it complain about paying for it? Almost all dlc has a cost multiplayer dlc was free so we could all get it or we would have problems with players not being able to play each other and you all would complain about that. As for the "useless" weapon pack if they did not give us the mp weapons you would complain about that too so shut up and stop the ****ing when bioware gives u some thing than I ****ed about not having.
AND STOP IT WITH THE ENDING!!!!

My thoughts exactly.
At the end of the day if YOU don't think that what you're being offered is worth the money, then don't buy it that's how the purchase of anything works. Simple as that.
I'm personally really excited about the DLC (not saying much as I always seem to be excited by some game or DLC) and will deffinately be buying this when it comes out

What is missing in ME3 is explanation of Reaper's origins and I'm looking forward to knowing more about them. I hope there will also be more information about the Keepers- right know I believe they're really important part of Reaper's history. But I need to complain a bit- leaving the most interesting parts (Javik, origins of Reapers) out of the game just to sell them later as DLCs is greedy and does not serve well to the whole image of a company. Including that in the base game would make it far more acceptable and enjoyable.
I don't mind paying for a DLC's once I decide to acquire them- it costs time and resources to produce new content and 10$ is not a fortune. I know that some companies don't charge for DLC's and that's really cool. But I wonder how many DLC's they can produce and still have some profits. I prefer more DLC's as this gives me small hope that ME2 characters will finally get some love in ME3.

Hold the phone, we were promised the Raider Shotgun back when we preordered the game. 5 months later, now you want to charge us something that you lied about giving us in the very beginning? Go f*** yourselves Bioware.
You get the shotgun by preordering from Origin.

Although I'm dissapointed with ME2 characters treatment in ME3 and I don't like the "choice" of squadmates in ME3 I must admit Leviathan seems very interesting. I'm a bit tempted to buy it, but I will wait for something that will fix this game for me, and then buy other DLCs.

Just looking at it from a different vantage point (on From Ashes DLC) - what if the actual pricepoint for ME3 with the From Ashes content was $70, not $60? Would that make a difference in your decision to purchase? The truth is that the CE which included the From Ashes content was priced accordingly. It's like buying a house with a swimming pool versus buying a house without one and paying for the installation of the pool later (on a much smaller scale). Some paid for the content up front, others waited...in the end it washed. Either way, the pricepoint for all of the content was $70. I don't look at it as greed, but rather a company recognizing that it is smarter to provide options...let's face it, if enough people paid for the game and had a problem with it (ahem...) they might not be inclined to purchase the additional content, so EA/Bioware opted to not make people pay for the full package of content, thus relieving the massive number of critics of the game of having to plop down an additional $10....
Edit for grammar in sentence 3....
