anyone have any idea what the new hub area is? I can't imagine it's Omega since that's in the hands of TIM's little band of space-(since i can't call them what they are i shall call them nazzys)s. Ilium perhaps? I mean i wouldn't mind going back there and that system was conspicuously left out of the galaxy map

When did some Bioware employees let slip it will be released on the 28th of August?
What those employees did was a bit dangerous since they were sneaking around behind EA's back not that i disaprove of those employees letting slip the the apparent release date.

 I'm happy that they released the firefight pack DLC for the campaign and I didn't mind that I had to pay for it. I thought it would've had more of the multiplayer weapons though. I hope they release another weapon pack in the future with the rest of the multiplayer weapons. I would've payed more just to get all the multiplayer weapons the campaign dosen't have. Now since we are getting more weapons how about some new armor for shepard and skins for the squadmates?
Now as far as the Leviathan DLC I can't wait I hope it comes soon and they don't stop there the more DLC for both campaign and multilayer the better.
Multiplayer really needs more modes and maybe another group of enemies added wouldn't hurt. Now who i'm not sure but maybe an indoctrinated race or races, an enemy race from one of the graphic novels that we haven't seen in the games, or some enemies of the past like in some sort of classic DLC pack for multiplayer. I know if bioware introduces new enemies in the campaign through any of their future campaign DLCs like the Leviathan then they could add those same enemies into the multiplayer mode soon after so what I want could and might just happen.

On FB thay say the release IS the 28th of august

We are very pleased to officially announce that the Mass Effect 3 Leviathan single-player DLC will be released on August 28th, 2012 for PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. Please note that on Playstation 3 in Europe, it will be available on August 29th.

great news. I can't wait to play it soon. it's been a long time for single player DLC. ME3 seems to focus on MP rather than SP. everybody is different taste but I am sad little bit. Bioware, you should refocus on single player contents. after all, mass effect is story driven game, you forgot.

I can only agree. Many of us were and are angry at the ending so it will probably not much more SP DLC. Their way of punishing us.

Il like to play MP but ME is SP game for me. If not Shepard, multi will have no meaning at all. I'm waiting for more SP DLC. At least 5 of them. I hope:). Leviatan could tell us more about the Reapers and extend the ending by it. I would like to know more about Harbinger... Dark energy needs a little more explanation too... and Omega... and Kai Leng...  and a lot more:))) The game still feels incomplete to me.

I love the whole thing, pre- and post-DLC endings included.  To me, anything adding to the game makes it richer, more interesting, and more fun to play.  I hope they release at least as many add-ons for ME3 as they did for ME2.

The EC put all SP DLC on hold and also the EC is also a SP DLC

Looking forward to this...looks interesting and hopefully a more in depth look at the reapers...can't wait...more sp dlc bring it!!!!!! I always love new content to add to the story...

Wait, I wrote that the DLC will be 28/8. Just remember that I work that day and I work nights. And on the 29/8 Plays Helsingborg IF against Celtic in Glasgow in the Champions League Playoff second-Legg match.

Anyone else remember that the "Leviathan of Dis" was first mentioned on the planet Jarter (Hades Gamma) in mass effect 1? We'll probably end up on this planet in the dlc.

People wanted Bioware to make better endings, Bioware made the EC so the endings were better but they had to put all planned SP DLC on hold, also MP is handeld by a different team and dosen't require much time and effort

yeah, EC is sort of downloadable content. but it's a result from we gamers complained about the end. that's why they made it. it's more likely alternative satisfaction for yourself even though some people still don't like. I think that Bioware did their best. what I mean as single DLC is more closed to ME 2 single player one like shadow broker, arrival, genesis.
