Hi every1,

I'm playing my thirtd character through this lovevly game. However, every since i got Shale for my first character (and subsequently deleted those saved files by misstake) I can't seem to get the same quest to get him for my other characters..!
My question is, how do I get shale for my newer chars if I already have him on my first? Please help!!!

Did you delete the saves of the DLC itself? On the 360 the DLCs usually fall dead in the middle of my save files so I can easily see how you cold carelessly delete the DLC instead of just saves. You might want to check your hard drive or whatever to see if the DLC is still there or not.

no you don't. DLC is valid for all characters on the account. if you deleted the DLC by mistake you should be able to download it again with the same authentication key you used before

I formatted the computer so I believe I did. I've spoken to the tech support and they sent me a one-sentence reply telling me to reinstall my game. However, the uninstall button in the launchscreen is unclickable :S
Also, the promo code is already used and when i click "see downloadable content" there is nothing to download. What should I do? I just want that huge stoneboy shale

Reinstall the game, log in to your Bioware account and redownload the content. Should be as simple as that.

I'm confused, if you formatted the hard drive, the game should no longer be there to uninstall. You should be able to just put the DVD in and reinstall it.



Yes, if you did a full format, the uninstall option will be unavailable because there is nothing to uninstall. Just install again.

To use the DLC with a new char you have to do nothing more than to create the char.

If you plan to format your HDD etc. you only have to save the Bioware-Folder in "My Documents" (XP, don't know how its called in W7,Vista). You will get the current state of your game on every PC with a fresh installed DA when you copy it back and you also can avoid to waste time with redownloading the DLC
