Im a little dissappointed, theres no batarians in anything I see regarding this leviathan, 2 planets ive never even heard of probably(why dont you take us to planets we know and want to see like Khar'shan or Kahje?), and just seems like more fighting for couple of hundred more war asset points.

800 points for this...? If its not at least near LOTSB quality or lenght theres no reason to pay, at least for me.

I might buy this eventually but I think im just gonna youtube it first.

Going by past singleplayer mission DLC from ME1, ME2 & ME3,  I would assume it will.

Why the uncalled for sarcasm?

He just set the bar of how high of an expectation Leviathan needs to fulfill for him to actually go and pay for it.

Personally I will wait and see as well. As butthurt as some people appear to be about it, watching what happens in content via YT is perfectly legit. And I will do so as well, as I am somewhat wary of the things BW cooks up as of now...

So are we going to Khar'Shan?

Actual ground-action in Hegemony space would be very welcome indeed. Hopefully it will happen eventually, either via this DLC or others.
I still would like them to steadily replace the awfully meaningless and repetitive fetch-qs with actual missions as well...

Not sure it was uncalled for - expressing scepticism is one thing, creating a list of arbitrary points based on your own assumptions that it must meet for it to be worthwhile is quite another.

He's entitled to do it, of course, but people are equally entitled to point out that trying to slate it based on the strength of a few seconds footage of shep and two screenshots is silly - calling into question whether the price is worth it when he has no idea what the actual contents is simply talking nonsense.

I certainly wouldn't be against it, but then again, beyond the superficial similarities between the name mentioned in the DLC and the nickname given to the Dis artifact, I haven;t seen any reason from the material to suggest that Khar'Shan is a destination.

Youtube it? Seriously? Maybe it's just me but IMO games feel much better when you play them yoyrself and if you watch the whole thing from YT whats point of buying it afterwards? If I have seen whole game or dlc before trying it, I know excatly what's going to happen when I play it so I really don't see a point. But just me, do what you like and YT all BioWare games that will come in the future.

Sorry if this seems harsher than it is, but I have bad day and english is not my native language :) It's just sometimes hard to see people bash something you love. I would like to write longer text why I feel this way but words are just not coming out of my brain :D

Armass did none of that, merely stated his first impression which holds perfectly true far as the trailer is concerned, which in my opinion does not reveal too much of the "meat" this DLC is going to have.
I certainly do not line myself up in the cue of those who are sold just due to that final line.

Again, I see nothing wrong with expecting the same quality in a forthcoming product that was achieved in a past release. I can think of more spiteful and less thought-out ways to express the first impression of something than what the quote in question did.

Point is to know where things are going plot-wise in this case, and of course gameplay-experience would be different. Knowing whether it is actually worth the investment from that angle is what is important to me at least, as my gameplay-needs are quite saturated with the MP.

You see BioWare when you feed hardcore fans with well-made SP DLC everyone involved ends up with a big smile!

"Well-made" is still up for debate. Judging from the video it looks pretty, but also looks more of the same: mostly combat, and beyond that cinematics with little input from the player. And judging from the comments when asked as to how this will effect the ending of ME3, it just sounded to me like the response said, "more galactic readiness level raising" without outright saying it.

Newsflash BioWare: raising a stupid arbitrary number is not a satisfying way of illustrating consequences of our actions!

On the positive side, the atmosphere and look of the locations was good, and it was nice to see Garrus and Vega weighing in on things too and not just being silent, which is a first for an ME DLC (shame it had to be on DLC for the worst game, but... there you go).

So you just judged the entire DLC based on a one minute video and a short game-play sequence? Did you play ME1 and ME2? And please just get over the ending already, how about if you try to imagine your dream ending and write it down or something.

Still complaining about the ending at this point is futile. I still trust in what BioWare can deliver, so please respect my opinion as I respect yours.

In the end I'm sure you will buy Leviathan DLC too, becuase if you dislike ME3 so much and don't want to play more of the same, then I'm quite sure you wouldn't be wasting your time here, trying to correct everyone who has a different opinion.

Guys, you think we're that stupid?

As for Leviathan, but as for almost all DLC I'll wait to make up my mind. Hell I still haven't gotten all of ME2s. Looks cool though.

To make things fair these weapons should be unlocked in MP for folks who dont have them unlocked yet.

For those who do have them unlocked give them an ultra rare for buying this new firepower pack.

I guess some people are bought easily. It seems they are selling the answer to "there's no time to explain" BS of the ending.

Oh well, hi youtube!

Not going to lie, but even thought LotSB was good, I didn't consider it my favorite ME DLC. That depends on whether you like Liara or not.
And DLCs are supposed to be the icing of a cake, not a layer, so it'll add to the story, but not be the foundation of it.
And I'm not judging anything until I play it. If I had judged ME1 by the trailer, I would have never played it.

Wasn't the Leviathan supposed to be in batarian hands?
I was looking foward to killing some, Cannibals just are not satisfying enough.

Planned on buying everything ME3 in game DLC related, then that ending happened, and the reaction from Bioware, soured me greatly. Then, the EC came out and I accepted it and moved on. I am hesitant in trusting with Bioware but at the end of the day I know that I am getting this day 1.

But I was watching the interview on another site and Gamble stated that this DLC would be about 4 hours. 4 hours? Not sure if it's worth the price. This does not sound in the realm even close to LoTSB. But I guess we'll just have to wait and see...

LotSB was around 3 hours.
