My main objections to ME3 are the autodialogue, the Crucible plot, the Catalyst, Kai Leng and the incurable stupidity of everyone who inhabits the universe.

I'd be willing to pay a small amount for any of these problems to be resolved.

You fill in the rest.

^This. I would probably be eager to spend some money on a complete reboot of the whole ME3 (and also of ME2 since its plot doesn't make sense anymore).

That would be stupid, just redo Mass effect 3.

That's what I meant...<_<

i want to see redone mass effect 1 and 2 with the dynamic shepard technology.

i love mass effect 1 buy its gameplay....
mass effect 2 is nice but it feels awkward going from 3 to 2.

and yes i will buy any mass effect dlc.

I buy DLC if it looks interesting and fun. If Leviathan looks interesting and fun, yes I'll buy it.

If you're going to take a "moral stand" against the "demon BioWare", that's your prerogative.. but nobody will care. So have fun with that.

I thought you wanted a reboot of both.
My mistake if you didn't mean that.

I don't really understand the point of throwing this in your post.

I didn't imply that I wanted anyone to care, I didn't uphold my opinion over anyone else (in fact I asked for what everyone else thought while giving my own view on the matter). It's not a case of taking a moral stand against a company that has been forced to bastardise this series, it's a question about your value for money, content and the effect it has on the product itself.

Moral stand? Demons? What?

For me and others the DLC fails to be fun and interesting when overshadowed by the ultimate outcome. The ending still is dissapointing to many, the DLC doesn't change that as it seems. So it is not a "stand" against Bioware, but simply the DLC is not fun and interesting in the grand scheme of the game for many...

My mistake if you didn't mean that.

I meant a reboot along the lines of the Tomb Raider's one: same character, different story. In ME2-3's case all that I ask is for consistencies and a more balanced gameplay (RPG-TPS) .
So yes, maybe "redo" fits better.

I will buy single-player DLC where the whole squad is brought back with new content (they have to have some role in it).

I have no plans to purchase other DLC at this time.

I haven't committed to definitely not buying it. Really need proper details of Leviathon and how terrible the auto-dialogue is going to be in it.

Well the voice at the end confirms that Leviathan is a Reaper. So a Reaper can turn against Glowboy, yet it will likely have no bearing on the endings at all. Count me out.

If the last book of a trilogy has a terrible ending, why would I pay the author more money to write an extra 20 pages for a chapter that was really ambiguous?

For me DLC is not about war assets or EMS or new ending. It's about it's story arc, about new lore, new characters, new things to learn, new places to see, new things to shoot at. Would I buy something similar to Tuchanka or Rannoch mission, sure I will!

As much as that makes sense, that is a terrible analogy.

Yep, I will. I consider the endings decent now and will want to replay the game with more content, even if the endings don't change. My criteria for buying DLC: A) Do I think it'll be fun? B) There is no B.
