If it's been noted as fun, interesting DLC that adds to the Reapers' purpose and backstory, I'd be willing to pay. It's about the journey not the destination for me. Frankly, I've always loved Sovereign, so another rogue Reaper gives me a tingling sensation loljk seriously but it's cool, I guess.

The lesson i have learned from ME3 is to not believe in a trailer or anythink bioware say, so fan feedback is a must before i consider leviathon.

I will buy single-player DLC where the whole squad is brought back with new content (they have to have some role in it).

I have no plans to purchase other DLC at this time.

Same here

Any DLC is pretty pointless because the ending is still a turd. So only reason for me to want a dlc is to get more time with the characters that made me love the ME universe. The ones that got shafted on ME3.

Who really cares about what happens to Omega?

well, I agree with a lot of what you said. And war assets are a joke in ME3. It's pathetic how you go through 3 games and yet nothing matters...........

But, to focus attention on Omega DLC, well depends on character content for me. I want more Character Development from the squad of ME1, 2. Like: Samara, Wrex, Miranda, Zaeed etc.

if it's just Shepard & Aria. Then ...........yeah, Bioware has proven they've lost touch with their fans

When has any games DLC changed how that game ends? Answer is never and this one won't be any different. It wouldn't surprise me at all if this is the first and last SP dlc to be released for ME3.

I won't buy the item pack but I will surely buy the Levianthan. Any story from Bioware is good.

Yes.

And this DLC can actually improve one of ME3 most critical flaws.

Yes. Because it sounds interesting and $10 isn't a lot of money to me.

I'm conflicted as in I love the overall universe, loved MOST of ME3 (particularly the characterizations of the supporting cast minus a couple big stumbles), despise the AI Catalyst/retconned Reaper lore/RGB endings so much that I've done some cognitive dissonance-fueled mental gymnastics to ignore them for my canon Shep, and have had a generally bad taste left in my mouth from Bioware vis a vis the past few months and no natural desire to have the disappointment of the endings re-inflicted on me via paid DLC.

So I'm leaning toward "no," with plans to look up what happens in the ME Wikia and Youtube, but because I'm such a sucker and masochist for Mass Effect, I'll keep my eyes peeled for new pre-release info to see if it changes my mind. The conditions for me changing my mind will probably have to do with the slim chance that Bioware took the most of the valid criticism of ME3 to heart and somehow worked them into the DLC. But I really don't expect that.

Bottomline/TL;DR: No, but will keep abreast of new info with an open mind until release day (benefit of the doubt which I feel BW probably no longer deserves, but there it is). And if I DO feel like my mind has been changed, I will still wait a few days to weeks after release so as not to make sure I didn't get duped by BW marketing or sycophantic "game journalist" reviews as I did with ME3 proper.

Honest question about DLC. How many hours typically has a DLC given in terms of gameplay?

Tonight I'm going to buy 1600 BioWare points. And then 800 more for multiplayer, just for the hell of it.

Two reasons could make me get the DLC:

1) If it affects the ending in any way, other than additional war assets.

2) If the reviews / players feedback say it's at least as good as the LotSB DLC from ME2.

Otherwise I simply won't buy it.

Since ME 3 in my opinion is a great improvement over ME 2, it is quite likely that I will buy this DLC. It will probably and unfortunately not change the terrible ending of the game, but as long as the new content is as good as the rest of the game, it will be a welcome addition.

I'm leaning very heavily towards no. If players give it an exceptionally good review I may think about it. I just think it will be too much effort to dig ME3 out of it's hole, then I'd have to listen to DA2 whine about being all alone in the hole again, just too much to deal with.
