Oh god. Can never "unsee" again, even if I literally won't see it.   :pinched:

If liara is the avatar of mass effect to give us some romance dlc for her and other characters then i'll be happy to pay the price.

I still Would Like to See This:
If Aleena is Aria T'Loak, then a DLC with Wrex & Aria in ME3. Whether it's Re-Take Omega or a whole new adventure where we see these two together.

With adding Grunt &  Zaeed, I  think these characters will have much Potential for an amazing DLC.

No more Liara please. She's almost forced down our throats even if we aren't romancing her, and she also had her own DLC in ME2. Focus on doing all the characters equally or don't bother at all.

I noticed on my first playthrough of ME3, where my LI was Ashley. When you're on the Citadel, and you speak to Liara who's leaning over the fence. I remember talking to Liara, (again I was faithful to Ashley) I was talking to Liara about her mother and Liara is still hitting on Shepard.  If you go the Paragon route in the Conversation, she'll actually kisses Shepard (even though my LI is Ashley & i was faithful to her) btw this was before Ash joined the Normandy

I had to restart from an older save............WTF

Yeah its pretty messed. I romanced Liara in ME1, and told her at the end of Shadow Broker that we should move on cause i love Tali. She's kinda sad, but agrees.

Then at the start of ME3 she suggests forgetting about everything and starting over, and when i told her no she was completely shocked. Like, girl, we already talked and agreed about this...

I'm pretty sure you aren't forced to bring Liara on the DLC.

Unlike the last one... <_<

I find Liara to be dull and uninspiring, but I have to admit there not much choice with the ME3 squad. I always end up using Garrus and Javik because everyone else is just so boring. I hope we aren't forced to take her on missions in this DLC and sincerely hope we get a new squad member.
She's also kind of creepy in ME3, I made it clear I was breaking up with her for Miranda in 2 + LotSB and she's still ready to be romanced in 3. Not to mention her stalking you in your cabin, or how in the pre-ec endings no matter who you romanced you'd always get a Liara slide.

I have to agree the stalking in the cabin and Liara slide you always got pre-ec ending made me switch from being a Liara fan to an anti Liara fan, Frankly there was too much of her in way of content and too few of other characters in ME3 for my liking.

really would like to have a Batarian Squadmate. I find them interesting. Though prefer Zaeed, Grunt Wrex/Wreav
but that's just my opinion.
Need more bad**** characters. Vega has not the Quad of a K.R.O.G.A.N.

And still waiting for this DLC

Me too, it made me felt the realitionship with Liara kinda of meaningless when I was with Tali, Miranda, or Jack.

True, my own nephew was so annoyed with the Liara stalking when he first played ME3 that he compared her to Stalker Sarah.

C'mon, less squishy aliens and cyborg ******.
More big badasses with big guns.

I liked Liara, but too much is too much. This game needs more badasses like Wrex and Zaeed.

Liara hits on Shepard? Really? She calls you a friend (regardless of romance or not) and Shepard is the one to say he wants more. How on Earth is Liara hitting on Shepard?

Ugh Liara. Each to their own but there was A LOT of her. I thought we should have been rid of her by the end of the Shadow Broker dlc rationally :(. Subsequently her reintroduction came across as pretty contrived (thanks mac -_-).

It is obvious and understandable that some posters are disappointed that the role of their own favorite characters throughout the series isn't as well written and perhaps not as important as Liara's. And even when Liara's original role in ME 2 was terribly written, after LotSB the scenes with her are again the most memorable in the game. She's simply a very well crafted and well liked character, one of BioWare's best. Again, it is understandable that some feel disappointed that the writing for the characters they liked more wasn't always on par.

But reacting to the mentioned disappointment by creating nonsensical posts and filling them with diminishment of other characters won't change a thing. It will certainly not bring about better or more content for your own favorite character. Constructive criticism might yet do so though, after all it's quite obvious that the writers of LotSB took into consideration a lot of what was posted in the Liara threads back then. If those threads would have consisted of similar nonsense as this one about how terrible other characters allegedly were instead of constructive criticism and ideas for future content, the DLC would certainly not have been as memorable as it is now.

There's never enough Liara :)

Honestly, if you don't want her just choose other squad members and the renegade answers to reject her, not that difficult...

Well, this post is 20 pages long, sorry for not reading every page of it. It's still not difficult to get around Liara if you don't want her just as any other crrew member you don't want to interact with.

beautiful thing is, you don't have. In fact the first 1-3 pages gives some good ideas on what the Original Intent of this thread and the people reponses from Non-Liara fans.

Of course you'll have to weed out some of the extremists but you'll get that in about 90% threads on BSN. Can't help that

I plan on bringing all the squadmates thru the dlc just to see if they do say different stuff. Other dlcs didnt have too much in the way of communication with them. Hmmm, depending on my Shep Ill probably bring Kai and Ash thru first on each Shep to see if they have the same dialog or if they actually have some diffences. I felt 3 didnt give Ash nearly as enough friendzone or romance Dialog as Kai got. But thats just my opinion.

I think I would be fun to bring Javik/Liara then do a Garrus/Tali combo just to see how each reacts. Hmmm.....maybe Javik with everyone cause that Prothean is an uber smartfrack of bitterness.

Edit: Small hope that all SP DLCs put together will ultimately effect the ending by adding in quick 5 sec reunion...some hope is better then none. *sigh*
