I will wait until it is released but I have no need for more ME3. The trailer doesn't make it look very interesting either. It's just another sp mission, and with the current endings even with EC there is no point. It's funny to say, I have every ME1 DLC, every single ME2 DLC including all pre-order bonuses and everything and yet ME3, I couldn't care less.

Same here

I'll definately buy it. More SP content is always welcome and the trailer was appealing. New environments, new battles (I quite like the pure gameplay part of ME3, so more is good) and even the atmosphere/story seems interesting.

The added interactions with Steve, Vega and (I assume) the other squadmates are just more icing on the cake.

Results so far are rather different than I expected. While people saying "NO" are a very significant group, they're nowhere near to be a majority. And BSN's group of haters is probably stronger than between the overall ME3 owners population.

But if you add the people who are on the fence and those who are waiting for the DLC to come out before choosing, it'll likely be about even.

I have zero faith in the Mass Effect team... I get the feeling that the Leviathan DLC is only coming out to portray the reapers in a sympathetic light... Basically BioWare saying "you REALLY want to pick synthesis, it's the best option''.

You can't add them to NO sayers. Both "maybes" and "waiters" will wait for reception and they will probably go to "yes" if it will be good, and "no" if it will be bad, so usual stuff, not boycott of any kind, but educated and slightly careful customer's choice. That would mean that even on BSN which is kind of Haters Homeworld, the real Haters are only about 33%. That's a lot, but also a lot less than they claim to be.

I will buy both leviathan and the firefighter pack(also have from ashes but I got that from preordering the collecters edition)

one statment I will buy any and all ME related DLC. cause I love bioware.
did for Mass Effect 1
did it for ME2
did it for dragon age
did it for dragon age 2
will do it for ME3
does not matter if it affects the ending.

I'm confused as to what you mean. I meant that after Leviathan the numbers of those who will and those that won't buy the DLC will likely be even. I don't know where “haters" or a boycott factor into this.

What would make them even? Even if you split the undecided equally between yes and no, they are still not close to be even.

I consider people who know they won't buy the DLC not knowing what is inside as haters, who boycott the Bioware. People who make the decidion based on their personal principles, and not on the actual quality of the product, which remains unknown. In the same way people who vote "yes" are fans.

I dunno yet.
I have some extra points laying around.
but, i just don't know.

But, i just thought about something.
Remember when everybody freak out at the endings and I think it was Gamble that told everyone to hold on to your saves because something cools coming up? I wonder if he was talking about this DLC. And, if he was...I think its funny. The DLCs timing, now, is kinda weird. It gives you a chance to learn about the reapers or whatever and happens mid-game.

But, they put it off to satisfy players who were disappointed by the ending.

Now, some people (including myself) are going: "isn't this pointless/too late for all of this?"

After Dragon Age 1 dlc ending, Dragon Age 2 and Mass Effect 3 ending, I've pretty much lost all faith in bioware. Been burned too many times. So I doubt I will be getting it.

Had a long chat with Satan and he assured me that hell, in fact, has not frozen over yet. He has been known to lie on occasion though, so I decided to check it out myself. It's a steady, uncomfortably high temperature down their so I'm going to go ahead and say; hell no!

Bit of a delayed response but whatever.

Yeah that was derpy of me. I thought it was slightly more even.

I wouldn't say people are “haters" just for not wanting to buy the DLC. I think it's too expensive and from what I've seen, it doesn't have content that's appealing to me. Doesn't mean I'm a “hater". And if someone doesn't buy the content immediately they're not a fan? How?

im not going to buy that dlc,

the idea of going down in true spirit of ME only to have that shattered in the ending once again is to painful

I won't buy it.

To emphasize: even if this DLC turns out to be the best thing since sliced bread, fixing every problem in the game and adding twenty new endings, I won't buy it.

It's a matter of principle.
