So just after the configuration screen I get this error message, awc.dll load failed, and the game won't load. It just shuts down. Why and how do I fix this. I have some of the DLC, and I haven't even played anything yet. I waited two days while the entire game downloaded on very slow internet, and really don't  want to have to uninstall and start all over. Please help me fix this.

Yeah thanks I tried that, and I can't find the root files. I think my original download is bad, so I gotta do it again. The first time I did it, it worked fine. Then system crashed, and re-installed and now error message. Oh well, I guess I gotta start all over. Thanks for the reply though it was very nice of you to keep an eye out for peeps in trouble.

Before reinstalling, you could always try the user solutions suggested by by ukmar and Apocolyptus. It seems like other users have seen one of the two solutions work on their systems.

 Thank you for the help, but I am wondering if it is a problem with the file location?? ME1 and 3 are under the Origins tab and ME2 is all alone, and not under any tab, no EA or Bioware, or Origins. Could this be causing a problem?? 

Both the first and third games work fine. Sorry if it doesn't matter, but I'm a total noob at PC stuff.
