(Personally I wouldn't kill her, but I can see why others would)

I'd like the OPTION to kill her. As much as I hate her annoying character, it's more the fact that you can, through the course of three games, kill Wrex, Ashley, Kaidan, Garrus, and Tali. Go back to Mass Effect, only Liara is the plot protected squad member of the original crew. You should have the OPTION, to kill the entire ME crew. Just to make it fair, after all you can kill Shepard in ME2, but you never even have the option to kill Liara.
(Personally I wouldn't kill her, but I can see why others would)
You do know that in extended if you have low ems that liara or any other squadmate can die during priority earth run to the crucible beam....

You think Im a newcomer? No. I know Mass Effect is an Rpg. Its the reason I love it.LiarasShield wrote...
I Think new comers keep forgeting the mass effect is a science ficton role playing shooter game not just a shooter but they're is actual roleplaying in it omg although drasticlly limited in the final game
I find it funny that you can roleplay and have everyone of your squadmates dead by ME3 save for Liara. Even more can die in ME3. Liara can die, but it can only be achieved with low EMS.

altho ME3 turned into a 3rd person shooter with auto-dialogue with half-assed RPG aspects expect customization
But hey me2 and me1 still kept most of the rpg elements
ME1 was the only true RPG I enjoyed in the series but they needed improvements which I hoped they did in ME3

Are you serious, that's your logic? I bet if your favorite character got more missions than anyone else you woulnd't complain, she has one more forced mission than Miranda, it's not a big deal.ENorman94 wrote...

I wanted to take James and Ashley, but I was only able to take Ash due to Liara getting in my way.
Either way, that makes it two missions and a half, it's not such a big deal.

Agreed, no biggie. I don't get why people hate her so much anyway.
My guess is it's the same reason why people constantly attack Justin Bieber ... it's cool to hate whoever is currently popular. And I'm not sure of the stats, but I think Liara has always been the most popular of the LI's.

My god. The only reason Bioware made it so Liara goes to your cabin is so that she can give you missions, just like how main plot missions in ME2 the Illusive man would talk to you via comm. It would have been the same thing as any other character, but they choose Liara because she can't die in the events of ME2, VS mght die, be kicked out the ship, or hospital, and EDI and James wouldn't make any sense. The fact that you can't understand that Liara is there to be a way to introduce missions baffles me.ENorman94 wrote...

I don't mean to drag this off topic, but you don't agree that people wouldn't hate him so, er ... passionately ... and loudly if he wasn't constantly in the spotlight? All I'm suggesting is that's how some people may feel about Liara.
