This is the arguement that explains that it actually needs a buff.

IMO the Locust is a much better gun than the Tempest. The tempest is way too inaccurate, it's nearly impossible to get headshots with it.

A good point is that the lighter Phlanax is stronger then the Locust.

It is lighter, stronger, and better against armor.

Yeah, Really.

The OP explains how a soldier class would go about rendering the Locust just barely = to the Tempest. Then He runs off and uses it like a Tempest on soldier classes.

I'd rather they'd buff the Geth Plasma Rifle and SMG, to be honest, seeing as these are rare. But yes, the Locust is in need of a buff too.

yeah, needs a buff. most certainly it does, it's horrible, at least playing with it on gold ended in getting a piranha

10% buff. Not sure how much it will elp, considering 300dps of locust, it will be 330 now. Still not enough I guess, since tempest does twice, right?
