It's already been confirmed that Liara will be cloned and will take the place of your second squadmate.

It depends on the Shepard I'm using. On my first run through Leviathan, I will use Liara and Garrus. On a second run I will use Ashley and Garrus.

I can't decide.  If theres gonna be some interesting banter, then I want Javik and Liara.  If not, then Tali and Liara. 

I'll probably end up playing it twice to get Garrus's comments  too.  Again, if theres significant banter.
