Hackett's message would be something about "making every shot count." Ammo efficiency.

Squad Goal: 4 Kill Streaks (I'm thinking on Bronze, as there are typically less enemies per wave, making it harder to set up a kill streak. On gold, 4 missles at a spawn point would make it too easy.)

Allied Goal: An absurd amount of kill streaks.
