It's possible to get a second shot off during your cloak bonus damage window right? That is with a near perfect reload cancel?
I've read that without taking "Bonus Power" in TCloak, it's almost impossible to get that second shot too. If this is all true would the best Claymore build be something like... 6/5/6/6/3? For maximum damage to an Atlas for example.

I believe it is possible, the normal reload time is 2.57 seconds, so if you reload cancel its 1.04 seconds (Link: https://docs.google....Ync&output=html)
Even if thats a bit fast as far as reload cancel times go, you'd still likely be under 2 seconds, which theoretically means "yes, you can get 2 shots off under cloak bonus" which is supposed to be ~2.15 seconds
Bonus Power is unnecessary to achieve that.
GI with Claymore should look something like 4/5/6/6/5 or 4/6/6/6/4... I personally prefer the first build for the extra shield recharge speed (getting shield gated as fast as possible changes the survivability quite a bit).. I mean you cant really go wrong with a Claymore GI so go with whatever suits you.. some people go with no fitness, but that seems insane to me.
