I loathe multiplayer. I don't even have access to it anymore since I have a new machine (old one broke) and I had to create a new ID since I didn't remember all the specifics of my old one (was never much of an xbox player till recently). Is there a way to just opt out of being forced to play this and have it not be a mitigating element in my final GAW assets? Seems that there should be an options since I purchased a single player game with zero desire or intention toward multiplayer?
Can I eliminate forced muliplayer aspect?

You do not have to play multiplayer . But your Final EMS rating will be only 50 % of Maximum available, so it might effect your endings. If you remember your original email that you used to sign up with xbox live you can contact microsoft online for password recovery and your original gamertag.
