Anyone know where a trainer is? Please no spoilers besides the location of the trainer, I.E. city name.

from what i have read (without spoiling), there is not a "trainer" per se. achieved via decisions/actions in-game.

It involves a decision in the Arl of Redcliffe questline. Side with the bad guys for Reaver unlock.

I thought it was the same as the blood mage, and you took the offer from the guy in the circle tower. of course you could always bypass them all together and cheat
