 I romanced Liara in ME, and I've stayed faithful through the game so far.  I have not done the suicide mission.  If I do LOTSB before the suicide mission, will I recieve different dialouge?

The difference in dialogue is mostly if the DLC has been played pre or post suicide mission. I believe there is more dialogue if it is played post suicide mission though.

I play it pre suicide mission for the extra bonuses you get.

You can also continue the Liara romance either pre or post suicide mission, I do not know what the difference with her dialogue is if she is romanced though.

Ditto, and also because if romanced there's a nice conversation path about her wanting you to come back from the SM.

I like LotSB better before the Suicide Mission than after it myself.

Believe it or not, I just played it for the first time. I'm on my third full playthrough of ME2,and on the previous two I had left it for after the suicide mission... which meant it didn't end up getting enjoyed. I feel pretty stupid now, as Lair of the Shadow Broker is the best DLC I've played in a long long time. Good length, interesting story, and a slight expansion of the universe.
