Mainly i use the Shadow Specd this way.
Tactical cloak: (6) Duration,Melee,Bonus power
Electrical slash:(3)
Shadowstrike:(6)Damage protection,Electrical damage,Damage
N7 Shadow:(5) Power damage and weight,power damage
Sword Mastery(6) Sword damage,Martial Artest, Armour Damage.
Weapons:DiscpleX (Lv.5 blade attachment LV.5shredder mod)( Usually switch it out for a wraith VIII)
AcolyteX(Lv.5 HCB Lv.5 pierceing mod)
Equipment: Either a Beserk packageV Or hydraulic jointsV
Ive solo'd gold many times with this build and its far to easy

Shockwave(4)Force and Damage
Sumission Net:(4) Incapacitate
Batarian Enforcer:(6) weapon damage,headshot damge,weapn damage and ammo capacity.
Fitnss(4)Durability
Weapons WrathVIII (Lv.5 HCB, and Lv.5 Shredder Mod)
Equiptment Usually a Stronghold package or Shogun damage Amp
I saw the videos of redjohn doing his solo run with the soldier and i like the sentinel little better so i tried it out and ive been ableto make it to the extraction round any time on gold but i havent ben abe to survive it unfortunately.

Oh and like just say like 6/6/6/0/6 or somthing with just your weapons or elborate like i did becasue i doubt people will want to go into detail like me lol
