How can i craft some mithrall armor in MOTB?

you might have to hunt up the tags/resrefs of the mithral ingots and armor mold you want via Google, and then console them into the game. If the satchel doesn't work, there are benches in the back of the Veil Theatre (and supposedly at the Thaymount Academy)

Here's where you can find Mithral Ingots and appropriate molds:

Forges (Imaskari Ruins)
Lock Box - Adamantine Ingot x3, Mithral Ingot x2, Hellfire Powder
Mulsantir - Azim Qo'toth (25,000GP)
Mithral Ingot x5
ALL ARMOR AND SHIELD MOLDS
As kevL mentioned, there is a blacksmith's bench in the back of the Veil Theatre (AKA Lienna's workshop). There is also one in the Forges (Imaskari Ruins). Thaymount has an Alchemist's Workbench, which as the name implies, only works for Alchemy.
