I got my commendation and victory pack and was excited until I found out that I didn't get a new earth character. They very clearly said you would get a new earth character, not a new earth character card with experience for an earth character you already have. I would like to get my character, as I worked hard for it all weekend. The only earth character I don't have is the N7 Destroyer Soldier class. Bioware, PLEASE HELP ME!

I had a similar experience, however I did not get any earth character. I did get the victory and the commendation pack but no character. I still have all my N7 characters locked. I've contacted EA through live chat and on the phone but there has been no successful suggestions to the fix. Any help is appreciated.

To be fair, they never said that you would get an N7 character card that you don't have, just that you'd get a character card for an N7 character. I know it sucks, but sometimes that's the luck of the draw.

If you Go to the operation overwatch link it specifically says new earth character, NOT new earth character card. I don't see any wiggle room there. They screwed up, and ea is just trying to cover their asses.

How is what I said and what you said any different? You can't get a character without a character card. It's a semantics game; they just put the word new in there to help identify the fact that the character card you get would be for an N7 class character. You can't assume that their algorithims will always be able to give you something you don't already have.
Besides, I am sure there were a few people that had all the N7 characters before this challenge...what do you imagine they got?

still no luck. I chatted with another rep and he said he "...would escalate this issue to the security team" Hopefully security team will be able to give me answers other than, "the network may be busy, wait 3-4 hours then check it again" like the csr's I've been chatting with.
