I enjoyed Tali's death. And I enjoyed Ashley's death by my pistol even further.
I choked up a little on Legion's death and Anderson.

I feel like a mother****ing Sith Lord!

Tali's death, it made me restart that mission so I could save her. Then on another play through this time Tali as LI and made peace with the Geth, Tali and Sheppard on the run to the beam, I know technically not a death but still one of the sadist moments when you realize that your your not coming back, and you can't build her a house on Rannoch. Also been said be for but Anderson got royally screwed.

I never felt bad for Legion or any other geth. I liked Legion but not that much.
Thane's, Mordin's and Anderson's deaths for me. Tali's suicide would have topped them all but it can never happen!:crying:

Mordin was the saddest for me, especially when he was singing that Salarian scientist song

Maybe not the saddest, but the Collector General's death seemed like a terrible experience: the tool of a powerful tyrant until the very moment of his death. Thought you could almost see the despair on his face, realizing with his last moments that he was an accessory to an atrocity. Terrible way to spend your last moments.

Mordin's death tore me up. I was already tearing up when he got on the elevator, and then he starts up with the 'Scientist Salarian' song...DONE.

Very few games get character attachment down quite like Bioware does...but Epic really gives them a run for their money in GoW 3.

BULL
SH*T

Pick destroy. We both get what we want. I get blue babies, and you get to build Tali a house on Rannoch.
There are no alternatives.

If I allowed Talis death, then Tali lol partly for biased reasons.

Mordin both the paragon and Renegade death are 2 of the saddest for me, I find Thanes very sad to, going to dread seeing it from a LI view.

Ash and Kaidans deaths, but not cause of them, cause of garrus's scene aboard the Normandy if he killed them.

Unable to decide between these three: Mordon, Legion, and Anderson.

I teared up at practically everyones death, even Lieutenant Tarquin's...yea I just cant help it but I would say Thanes actually made me open the flood gates and Anderson's (I just really really wish they hadn't cut content with that speech).Maybe even Grunts...hell, I'll just stick with all of em.

On a side note I didn't really know whether to laugh or cry at Conrads death. Hes such a goon.

Mordin, Thane, Legion...three very emotional moments for me; with Mordin, I was crying and laughing at the same time, when he started singing.

You could avoid that scene ...

That, of course, demands either you have the guts to do the dirty work by yourself OR let the VS live.
I prefer the later one. B)

Tricky question, there's so many! Probably Thane's because the scene is so touching.

To be fair I haven't seen most of the possible deaths in game because I'm a big cheater!

So far as I could, I prevented a character from dying, thus that leaves only Mordin, Legion, Anderson and Thane I think?

Mordin's death was definitely the saddest for me and I also really hated Legion dying. Both times I actually cried.
Thane and Anderson's deaths were also sad, of course, but they did not make me cry.

Padok.

Other then that, people don't tend to die in my playthroughs.

Even though you could see it coming, I was still absolutely gutted. :(

All of the deaths of my crew! I hated hated Thane dying- he was my second favorite love interest and one of my top favorite characters. His death made me cry.
Anderson's death made me upset too- I definitely always saw him as a father figure to my Shepards. In terms of the change in relationship from ME1&2 vs ME3 it is far more personal but I think you can write that off easily. ME1 Anderson is your bona fide superior and direct boss. In ME2 depending on your decisions naturally- he's in a position of power but he's not YOUR boss and yet you still have a relationship that is stronger than what is displayed within the game. You can assume it in certain ways- and then in ME3 you've been grounded on Earth and stripped of rank due to your Cerberus days so Anderson while not your official boss anymore bc you're aren't technically an Alliance soldier (until you are leaving Earth and get reinstated) he's there having a relationship with you that would definitely allow for father figure allowances and feelings over the course of three games IMO. But I totally understand how some people would have preferred it to stay more professional and have that *option*. Options were far less in this game obviously.

I hated that Legion had to die. If I had my way I'd let Tali do herself in and let Legion live. Her people for the most part just pissed me off continually throughout the entire game series.

Mordin made me sad, singing the song was certainly poignant and I wished I could save him!

I wanted to save everyone and Earth. Although I played Paragon practically to the hilt throughout my many iterations through all three games- my first and only full play through to the ending in ME3 my Shepard dies because I accidentally chose the synthesis option and it only showed my crew on the jungle planet afterward. I was so mad! I didn't feel like the "choices" were clearly presented and I just remembered running forward and then wth is this? I chose this? Uh ok.

Anyway yeah, it all made me sad. If they do any spin off games I hope it is post ME3 timeline :\\.

Good thing you can't do that
