what is the quikest way to kill a phantom, Banshee, Brute, Atlas and a geth prime without rockets on the hardest difficulties?

wrong, just stand still and stare at them, they should die instantly.
also typhoon and pirana on n7 destroyer melts them the only thing thats better is the geth infiltrator with cerberus harrier or pirana. phantoms die from biotics and claymore/pirana shots to the face.
