Listing all of that just shows how much the Phantom has going for them. The only good thing is that you can stagger them and they stop shooting at you when you remove their barriers.
If they kept on shooting non-stop....

Geth Hunters: Never stop shooting. Ever. Even while frozen.
Geth Pyros: Flames that go through walls and extend 10 feet past the animation.
Geth Primes: Magically placing turrets outside of LoS.

They can be dealt with. Their damage is fine. Their stealth is fine. But the way they ignore stagger, and then dish it out in spades is infuriating.
If you're fighting geth off-host, you're going to suffer, unless you play extremely conservatively, or manage to circle strafe all the geth you find.

Marauders, they fire invisible insta-kill bullets from the other side of the map the second you stick your head out of cover to make a break for it.

Geth rocket troopers - they use the missile glitch and they can fire up to 3 at once while facing the oposite direction and make them curve towards you.
Geth hunters - Relentless, fire while staggered, stagger their targets
Geth Primes - Curving staggering 3 shot plasma guns with 2 turrets constantly respawning
Geth Pyros - If, by any misfortune, you end up close to one... good luck!
Phantoms - these grass hoppers are constantly firing deadly, never missing shots, they soak a tone of damage, they can cancel biotics and if you get to close, DEAD!
Atlases - Curving missiles with area of effect that stagger.
Engineer Turrets - melts you down in a second, can decimate a whole group when invisible!!
Ravagers - constant menace as their 3 shots can down you almost instantly... and those swarmers... They block hallways if not physically, it's with that acid splash all over the place.
Marauders - hiding all over the place and melt you in seconds with that pheaston, plus, they can stagger you with a melee (In my opinion, THE most annoying enemy in the game!!)
Brutes - Can you believe that these enormous 10 ton metal plated attrocities are stealthy?? And when they charge you, they almost always strike you with a double wammy that takes all your shields and you health... THANK GOD, they forget very often that they have an insta-kill...
