Cheapest enemy ever? Shao Kahn. Was and still is the cheapest enemy ever. Even in the reboot. Actually he's worse in the reboot in the challenge tower when you face him three times. Youtube that shizzle.

Everything that has an insta kill can use it on you while you are in cloak.  The cloak isn't a get out of jail free card.

Very very easy answer...

Geth Hunter, Geth Pyros, Geth Rocket Trooper and Geth Prime turret.
These guys aren't difficult. They are really cheaper with those staggers.

Hunters ---> geth version of Usian bolt when cloaked up
