Fact: about 95% of the time, it's going to end up being another of Intel's trash video chips.

So nobody ask anyone anymore at stores whether your computer can run a game? Heh, just for sovereigns people get to lie.

OP, perhaps you haven't installed your gpu's driver or what Gorath said you are using one of Intel's videocard trash.

Did you try lowering your settingin the configuration utility?

My card doesnt get detected unless I lower AA ettings.

-_- Why bother playing with low settings? Its 2009 already and you could get a decent gpu for only $100.00 or less.

i don't think 1920x1200, 4xAA and everything else at maximum qualifies for  "low" settings.
At 8xAA my videocard fails to be detected though. :)

Whatever, OP just confirm if you have an intel video card that will solve your problem. Just get a good card like  9600 GT or 4670 up. Don't even play with low settings just like the noob said, its not worth it.

Yes this is trash, it doesn't even consider this thing as a videocard.

If it's a laptop getting something else may not be an option.

If you have an open PCI-Express x16 slots on your motherboard (probably not depending on your PC), have at least 350W Power Supply. and can spare $100, nVidia GeForce GT 240 or GeForce GTS 250 should be enough for you to run this game on 20inch monitor.

Unless you want to run this game at 1920x1200 on 24inch monitor, then you need a whole new computer altogether.

By the way, what is the make and model of your computer?

That's the problem really and we always overlook it.
