I've just recently been having this problem. I have Mass Effect 3 N7 Digital Deluxe Edition installed on Origin on both my desktop and my laptop. When the game released I played it for the first time on my desktop fine from start to finish several times.

Then I got my laptop and installed the game on there too. It plays just fine on there too, but I want to play the game on my desktop again since it was a little more powerful. Now every time I start up Mass Effect 3 on my desktop, the game immediately crashes, giving me this message. 

I've updated the game to and I've installed every add-on, including the multiplayer DLC. I even just reinstalled the entire game as well. The game will still not launch. However the game plays just fine on my laptop still.

EDIT: I tried the fixes posted on the sticky. They did not help at all. I also tried deleting "local_profile_save" as noted here. This did not help either. On the flip side, I am now progressing so far as to have the ME3 window pop up for a flash second before crashing!
