I think the OP made it clear he was talking about level 20 characters with the top tier weapons, not strange tester builds and people starting over with level 1s. My roomate is just learning to play and has this same problem, he hardly gets a chance to fire his gun.
That being said I have been guilty of this once: after a ****ty day at work, and some ****ty platinum runs with ****ty teammates, I brought a level 20 GI w/ Piranha to bronze and murdered everything. Yes this is a very dick move. Sorry guys, needed some stress relief.
Until high N7/well-equipped players stop playing Bronze, no can complain about bad players in Gold/Plat

N7 1007, I play bronze to test out if a new build/character fits my style. Or if i just feel like running around everywhere killing things without having to worry about if there's a super secret ninja trooper about to snipe me in the back.
If i want credits? Plat.
If i want a casual experience? Bronze.
Leveling up a character from 1? Silver and Gold.
Nuff said.
