Is there any reason you should get Low Blow or Unending Flurry in the new tree for a strength based dual weild warrior or a cunning based backstab rogue? There doesn't seem to be any guides for awakening builds and in origins it wasn't really necessary to get punisher for a dual weilding rogue from what I've read.

Well if you have points to spare, getting this whole tree never hurts.
Using low blow, twin strikes and unending flurry in succession is overkill for bosses with a lot of hit points.
It's not necessary for a backstabbing rogue but i guess by the time you hit level 35, you would have spent points in this tree anyway.
