Liara's Romance always bothers me because you constantly have to tell her you want to be more than friends over and over throughout the game instead of just having one conversation after Mars and then your either together or your not that would have made alot more room for growth with better scenes and Dialog between Shepard and Liara and then the entire Liara Romance would be alot more desirable in my opinion.

My main issue with Tali's Romance is the fact that she doesn't join Shepard until prettry much the end of the Game thus there not being alot of time for Growth between Shepard and Tali.

The Same goes for Ashley she isn't available for Half the Game and when she does come back she has absolutely no Growth and hardly no scenes.

If you already did Liara, it won't hurt to try a Tali run. There is a lot of wonderful scenes in her romance.
