I am not sure whether this is an issue for everyone, but I find that recently I am experiencing this glitch three-quarters of the time.

Upon logging in to the EA servers, I find that everything appears normal. However, attempting to set my weaponry or switch characters reveals that for some unknown reason all the DLC characters that I've unlocked are reversed, with the character's I've unlocked shown as locked and the ones I haven't as available.

This would be kind of novel if it would allow me to deploy those characters, but it does not.

Restarting the game will occasionally fix this glitch, but it usually amounts to forty minutes of frustration and confusion before managing to connect to the servers in a functional manner. Can anyone shed light on this issue or tell me if/when it'll be resolved.

This happens to me at least once every couple of weeks. It's never taken 40 min to fix though. I'd contact Bioware and see what they say. Thats really all you can do

Similar problem for me. I either have problems connecting to the servers at all, or I get an empty store and unlocked characters I can't deploy.

this has been happening to me a lot yesterday and today. It's disappointing cos i want to participate in Olympus but can't. ME3 is off and I'm reading a book

just started ME3 today and went to the store nothing was in the store,cant access the consumables, cant use any of the n7 units slayer and palladin says there locked, i now have both vorcha, Cerberus adept, Quarian Engineer which i haven't unlocked yet but says there usable. no access to multiplayer. says the servers are down. now i can't play the challenge this week. last challenge it cut me the commendation pack so that i cant have my N7 weapon upgrade.all of this started with the earth dlc pack. when will they come out with a patch to fix this.

Hey this is happening to me too I played fine earlier now I can't access weapons, equipment, classes I unlocked being relocked and store empty what do I do?

Don't play or do anything. Leave and reconnect to the EA servers. I know what caused this for me. I had quit the game through the PS3's XMB while it was on a loading screen. I think it also messed up my save file (which thankfully was just options at that point).
