To revise my original reply about the N7 Fury I should have said light melee, where she does the fist pumping and high kicks to techno-rock sound effects, not heavy melee.

Funny:
When I play as any of the Quarians and see a Krogan in my team, I always go (at the start of the match and in between waves) in front of them and start light meleeing them. Of course they will start headbutting me, and then we get two confused squad mates looking at us as if something is wrong. Sometimes they even go on the mic and start saying things like : "Squishy Quarian." "I AM KROGAN." and my personal best "Squishy Quarian you're no true warrior of Tuchanka." (of course I'm not)
But the best one was today, as this one Kroguard just didn't want to stop headbutting me and I didn't stop meleeing him in the brake to Wave 7 in Fire Base Reactor. So we were still going at it after 10/15 second's as the wave started, plus our two squad mates were a bit confused or just enjoying the show as they just watched us duke it out. Then in perfect synch we turn to the right side and just see Cerberus troops pouring out of the reactor room, then suddenly every single one of them was flying as the Kroguard basically ran over them. It was a glories sight. But yeah get a Krogan in your team as they are bloody good... and then I have something to hit aside from the enemy.

Strange:
I run over swarmer's. Just plainly and simply. Especially when they are close to a squad mate. It's effective.

With my N7 Shadow, I like to Shadow Strike anything. I'll even use it on Brutes and Atlases. I will also use it on an enemy way across the map and then run back to my team and killing anything on my way back. Risky, but fun.

When playing as a human, I always roll left-right frantically, basically breakdancing on the floor. They don't have the Krogan headbutt, so that's the human version of a victory move.

When playing as a quarian, I aim straight down and roll the movement stick, causing them to do a booty shake. I even started doing it with my humans, when I'm not breakdancing.

My new thing with my SalEng is to run up to a Prime and throw my Decoy at him and then run away. Mostly because I have the exploding decoy evolution, although it never seems to explode near any enemies. ;P

Babysit snipers. I don't know why.

I can't help it; if someone has parked themselves in a sniper nest, I'll probably be there guarding the stairs. If I'm playing my Demolisher, I'll even drop my pylon right at their feet (just popping back every now and then to see if they've left me any grenades).

I've even got a TS build revolving around the falcon; which I dreamt up specifically to keep Phantoms out of the control room on Dagger, so people could snipe in peace.

I dunno, maybe I'm just trying to introduce a trend or something; if I'm sniping, I usually wind up wishing someone had been loitering around watching my back (when hunters or phantoms start showing up, typically).

We also constantly refer to the Geth as Quarian Dil... you get the picture  They were created by Quarian females to take the place of Quarian males who can't get the job done.

I haven't manged to pull it off yet but one of these days I'm going to play a vorcha vs Geth and use the flame thrower then yell out "Watch out pyro behind you"

Doing the Vorcha thing is funny, especially with the reegar.
Teammates get all confused and stuff :S.

Sometimes i have a bad day and feel so sorry for the nemesis that i just avoid killing them.

But my most favorite thing is to try out weapons on my batarian classes, but never actually for their actual usefulness but for how cool it looks when they punch enemies to death with it.

Cobras are my only acceptable means of dealing with swarmers. And lone rocket troopers.
