I always said I don`t like Eagle... but I recently tried out Crusader and feels like this weapon may be worse than Eagle.

So.. Crusader is a shot gun that works like a sniper rifle with no scope and high recoil.

Why would a player choose to use obesed Crusader when they can simply choose one of Saber, Valiant, Carnifex, and Paladin?

Is this weapon.. another one of those poor man`s variation?

Nerf it.

It is indeed the worst shotgun in the game right now. I just cannot find any use for it.

If it was lighter...much lighter...I would consider using it on my Krogan Vanguard, or possibly even my Batarian Soldier, but it is just too damn heavy.

It's garbage. And utter garbage compared to Claymore.

You just started the game during a weekend event and only have the starting weapons and a Crusader?

Otherwise, there is no reason.

...and now that I think about it a Level 1 Mantis is arguably better...hmm.

When my alt started out he had all his basic weapons at one.

In one of those two free commendation packs he got on the PS3, guess what one of them was?

The only reason to ever take a Crusader is when your just starting out and it's better than what you allready have. At least, that is what I find to be true.

The gun is great in theory, but fails horribly in execution.

It weighs as much as the Claymore, but is nowhere near as good.

The much lighter Paladin does nearly as much damage and is just as accurate.
The Saber is lighter, does only slightly less damage, and has a greater magazine size.

The extreme accuracy of the Crusader isn't worth its massive weight.

- you having lots of unused Shotgun-Amps and Gear, but no Sniperrifle.
- you looking for an Sniperrifle, but dont like zooming in

I must admit i like it. Dont use it often, and i need 3 Waves bevor i hit things, but then its fine.

Well I do like it for it's accuracy and headshot capabilities.
It takes a damn full capacity of ammo to demolish a gold Atlas at lv 3.
But I still like it though.
Nice to have a scopeless Sniper rifle... err shotgun other than the Saber I mean.

I have to admit.. Crusader being a shotgun makes it cool to use when you make right head shot with it. But it`s just sooooo not practical..

I love shotguns. This...thing, is not a shotgun.

If they reduced the weight significantly I would probably still not use it, but at least it would have an arguable benefit over...well.. something I'm sure.

Language young one.
You cannot fight someone over personal prefrence.
The Indra is utilized better than the Incisor but I love the incisor more than the Indra due to personal prefrence.
Insulting someone is no way to post son.

Because you're a masochist or one of those super annoying self appointed gimped gun crusaders.

I find it funny how this guy goes on saying how terrible a weapon is, then wraps it up with "nerf it". Respectfully, bug off.

It has a niche, it's hard as hell to find, but it can work. And again, it's all personal preference. I play mostly Bronze or Silver, and damn near anything works on those difficulties, so trying everything out, I found I actually like the Crusader.
