Don't expect to get a solution. One person at EA Customer Support told me it isn't even possible to import a ME2 character to ME3. I know this has nothing to do with your problem though. Sorry.

If BioWare doesn't care about people losing $60 (see: "Black Screen of Death") then I seriously doubt they care about a few bucks lost over a faulty store purchase.

that sounds like you should call up xbl customer support, it sold you something you diddnt recieve. should be as simple as returning the funds.
