o.O Oh, no, please, don't tell me I, or my companions, should do another CSI session! I like investigation quests, but I would have prefer them on different planets, you know, let's say 5 quests for planet, 1 investigation and 4 of different things. Instead of 5 investigation quests all in the same place :-/
Oh, I got rid of gizkas... and now I miss them so much, they are so cute ^^ ^^ ^^

I'm happy to hear I'll see adorable gizka again! Is there anyone in the world, not following the dark path, that has been able to kill those poor creatures? I don't think it's possible!

Again there? O.O Noooooooo! It's SO boring! Really, entering the Sith base and slashing everything that moves inside there was somewhat relaxing! (and I would like to remind that I hate combats in games)

The ocean floor sequence is quite well done, IMO. Spooky would be the word. Especially the part where you have to equip a diving suit and go outside.

There are at least two ways to get rid of the gizka (without killing them).

The part with the diving suit scared me to death. I was so worried not to see the shark (or what's their name) approaching, that I really had 10 bad minutes out there :-/

OK, so here is the next update:

* If you have Carth romance you should be able to get the second last convo with him, where he admits his feelings for the first time. You'll get the last convo later.
* If you have any side quests/shopping to do, do it now - you won't be coming back. Notable things to check: Juhani/Xor side quest, Mika Dorin's special shop on Korriban, Yavin shop gets the final restock, including the two crystals (tip: keep your lightsaber ready when you go there)..

* now that you have all star maps, the final two locations (the Unknown World and the Star Forge) will be unlocked on the galaxy map
* when you go there, you will have the final mandatory fighter minigame, also vids 33 (your first look at the Star Forge) and 05_8a (landing on the Unknown World) will play.
* you can't go to the Forge at this point, you will need to land on the planet.
* you will also get a fairly disturbing cutscene when you land.

He's paranoid, distrustful and incomprehensible and now he comes out from nowhere with all the romantic matter. Are you really sure are women those who write those dialogues?
However, I've routed towards Tatooine for Candedous`s quest, and found Mission`s brother has vanished. Is it normal, or have I found another glitch?
I've already visited the special shop on Korriban and Yavin space station for a lot of shopping, then I think I've done all I had too. I've met twice the alien that had tried to enslave Juhani, so I really think I've done everything...
Can't wait to see the “fairly disturbing" cutscene. I'm quite curious for big plot events.

As I recall, both Kotor and Dragon Age had more women than men in the writing team - including Mary Kirby and Sheryl Chee.

If you mean he wasn't in the sand people enclave, then that is a glitch.

Juhani's character is particularly glitchy. You did know she is a romance option for female PCs, didn't you?

The entire end game is quite nice. As a side note, the Unknown World has actually been named (Lehon) in one of the later books.

As I suggested earlier, play dark side, then you can play the real Revan.

Incidentally, did you do the water pump puzzle in the Manaan Sith base?

No, no, I've saved Griff long ago from Sand People. He should be staying at the Czerka's. He was there, asking me about Tach piece to prepare Tarisian Ale. I brought one to him, he said he would give me credits (never believed to that part :-P ) and now I went back to make him speak with Mission but he's no longer there.

I've seen a comic about Juhani's romance. Luckily, till now, no dialogues on the topic. I don't want to break her heart :-(

Yes, I've done that damn puzzle. But to say the truth, I haven't understand a thing from the datapad, so that was more like "try everything and maybe you'll be able to pass" :-P

By the way, I've become quite good with fighters mini-game :-D

Ah yes, then you'll never meet him again He is gone for good with your credits. What you can do is talk to Mission about it (if you haven't done so yet) to complete the questline.

Juhani romance is probably the single most difficult thing to get in the whole game. It is almost impossible to stumble upon accidentally. I got it in my sixth playthrough and I knew what I was supposed to be doing. Her dialogue is somewhat less cheesy than Carth's.

The puzzle is not mandatory, you can bypass it if you shut down the forcefields.

I've looked at the movie numbered 33 and I'm quite perplexed. I can't understand... is the Star Forge sucking a star? Or is the star sucking energy from the Star Forge? Because the first option is quite... ahem, impossible! (have mercy, this is professional bias, but I can't help my mind not thinking about this o.O

Oh, I didn't doubt any moment Griff were going to vanished with my credits... I just hoped he would at least say hello to his sister before running away :-/

The whole point of movie 33 is to show you that the Star Forge gets its power from draining that star (impossible in SciFi?) The Rakatan Empire was built on that.

Which is why Revan and Malak were so excited about it - Power, unlimited power!

No, it's impossible in Astrophysics due to a small gravitational problem ` I've told you it's professional bias...
However, I'm entering the rakata temple. I love how those amusing aliens said "we are not going to kill the blue rakata, because that would mean we are evil and we had not learnt anything from the past, so... what about YOU going to kill them all just to prove you're not evil?" o.O there's something I'm missing in this...
Is there any movie I should watch?

The movie 05_8e takes place at the top of the temple (after the encounter), 05_8c is the departure from the planet, and 05_9 followed by 43 is the approach to Star Forge.

There is a nice puzzle in the temple.

Also, you get another cutscene when you enter the temple.

So, just finished the no-name planet. And... so much for glitches and whatever, I got a declaration from Juhani '
And I had to break her heart, now I feel so sooooooooooorry! :_( I'm sad :-(
By the way, I HATED the puzzle on the temple. It took ages to be done!

by the way, the cutscene of Malak's missing jaw was NOT pleasant to view! :-/

Then you only have the Star Forge left. Vids 50 thru 54b depict various space combat scenes. These occur at intervals as you progress thru it. Vids 56 and 56b are the light side ending.

As to the puzzle, you only have to walk the letter H.

Bastila is a *****! How can she side with Malak (the most powerful) when I've defeated him twice? It's clear I am the most powerful. This is a non-sense!
However, the fight with the master Sith in the temple has been tough, so I was wondering if I'm missing something... maybe an item for regeneration or a decent Jedi robe with some immunities... I've seen a video of the male Revan while fighting with Malak. Revan seemed to have some sort of regeneration ability (you know, all those small green numbers near your character) because he wasn't using any healing force power or medpack, but still he stayed full health the entire fight. The only item I've found in the entire game with regeneration, it's an implant I have to big Z.
Finally, are you so skilled also on KotOR2? I know we can't speak about it in this forum, but I'd like to annoy you by PMs :-D

There are those minor regeneration implants, but the enemy DPS is usually so high that one or two hp regeneration doesn't make much difference.

The advantage of the robes+master speed approach I talked about earlier is that you greatly increase your DPS. This means that you can kill enemies much faster thus reducing the time they have to deal damage to you. Also, use shields (to reduce incoming damage) and stimulants (to increase stats). The Star Forge - floor 2 in particular - is tedious to say the least, so definitely use those items. And Malak will be quite different from what he was at the Leviathan. He has a tremendous damage output and an annoying habit of using Force Breach (which will shut down your active force buffs).

As to equipment, you should have Qel-Droma robes by now, and you can make the best robes in the game at Star Forge. By now, you should have Upari and Solari crystals as well.

Finally, are you so skilled also on KotOR2? I know we can't speak about it in this forum, but I'd like to annoy you by PMs :-D

Actually, according to Bioware, you can discuss Kotor2 here, but you can use PMs if you wish.

And I've played more Kotor2 than Kotor 1. I prefer most of the changes done. The crafting system allows greater customization and the new feats add greater variability in the ways you can build your characters.

Ok, I don't have the Quel Drome robes. o.O I'm afraid I've missed it. Unfortunately, there where many boxes or corpses I wasn't unable to take things from due to the usual random glitches. Where was I supposed to find that robe? :-(

You can make better robes at the Forge. Bewarned, they may have good stats, but they are ugly as sin.

"ugly as sin"? Now my Revan resemble a Buddhist monk :-/ With a long white cape... how am I suppose to move and to battle with that sort of thing on? Well, I just have to fight Malak and the game is ended. I am afraid this final battle would take a long to be performed. I'm quite bad in killing the evil master in every game :-(
