I hope we won't see a DA:O 2 for at least 2-3 years

Its quite clear what you called him
Actually I do not call him anything. You are trying to force what you want it to say, rather than what it really does say.

Again i never called him anything I simply siad he is doing one of 2 things.
Only you are trying to say that sentence only says one thing when it doesn't say he is anything

I would LOVE to continue this but one angry moderator is more than enough for me.
Sorry for derailing your thread OP.

You just keep totally ignoring that whole fisrt part of the sentence and only change it into whart you want. and be under the delusion of your own fantasies...
You will never get anywhere in life reading things and rewording things your way and not being able to comprehend what is really there. Then trying to manipulate things into going your way.

If you want sequels then go play FF
Last time I checked, there were no sequels in the core Final Fantasy series. Same name, different stories, settings and characters.
Perhaps things have changed though.

For the record I have PMed many people who have pulled this out in the forum and actually did try taking it to PM and not one of them PM me back they always do it out in the main forum.
So I just thought you might be interested to know Eurypterid that I actually have tried PMing people and it doesn't get anywhere.
This is exactly what I PMed you about Eurypterid so I hope now you can finally seeing what I told you about. Ans as respect for you now that you can see what is really going on I have made my point and have nothing left to say on this.

The only FF game to ever have a Sequel is FFXI-FFXII
So that was bad wording on my end, let me clarify what I mean by sequel and what i was getting at.
Final Fantasy games have no direct connection to one another because the storyline never has a connection, it just ends, and DAO is the same way because of how the game ends, there is really nothing to connect DA:O to DA:O 2
They would have to make it a set up like Final Fantasy.
Do you see what I am getting at

Ok so then why didn't you PM me with this lame ass comment of yours instead of leaving it out in the forum the way you just did which BTW is completely uncalled for, after the mod said knock it off and especially after I just said I had nothing further to say about this. Which was true up until you just said that.edit: ZeroCool/MysticFlash whatever your name is ****** off and take it to PM. Well I heard somewhere that they are planning 2 years of DLCs... so my guess is after two years we can start looking for a sequel =p I sure hope we get lots of good stuphs... and more books in the interim
OK well if there really is going to be 2 years of DLC being relased, ok maybe they would use that to actually connect the story together for both games....it's possible

Please do not take this the wrong way but I have seen you and a few other mods lock topics that were less disruptive than this one. So honestly this thread should be locked or at least all of the off topic replies need to be removed because this is flooded with so much unrelated stuff it's not funny.Another argumentative off topic comment in this thread is going to earn a short vacation from the boards, people. Savvy?
I mean do people really want to come in and read what myself or tohers have to say to each other in a topic about DA:O 2.
Unless BioWare is going to be using this as stuff for the next DA:O game...
Wouldn't that be spooky?

that the fan community will step up and provide content while we wait. Realistically though I doubt we will see the next Dragon Age for sometime.

There's a team working on the DA game, a team working on the ME games, and a team working on the MMO. And maybe a few small teams working on other games as well.

In the meantime we will see DLC (and probably of lot of it) for about 6 to 9 months.
Then... around christmas of '10 the expansion pak will be released. Bioware probably has about 70% of it completed already.
Don't youse guys know how the business side of video gaming works yet?
I am so brilliant.
ps: as far as character creation goes the Expansion will include one of two options... you will either be able to import a saved character and all companions will be leveled up to you PC's level... or you will be able to "create" another character that will start at a 20 or 25 level. If they give you the 2nd option you will be able to reset all skills and talants.
OMG I am BRILLIANT!

I think that DA:O II can still continue previous characters and still start from scratch. I mean, you start the game with all your previous choices and again your character is level 1. DLC's merely continue off your existing character and existing character level. That said, I believe they set the stage for continuing sequel games into places like Antiva, Tevinter Imperium, and Orlais. Bioware would need very little ingame cannon to 'reset' our character levels but still remember our choices. I say this because 'character level', and such, have little inherent value in the story.
Thanks for the map but you screwed up the formating... heh, heh!
