Just started recording my own tally:
(my manifest is maxed except UR's)
25 AP's: 3 UR's
2 RP's: 0 UR's
1 PSP: 0 UR's

I'm currently on an 0 for 18 pack streak.
This is not unusual for me. I know I've had UR-less streaks over 20, maybe 30-40. I've never had a double-UR, ever.

Neither have I. Though I have gotten URs in back to back Spectre Packs a few times, usually of the same weapon. In a few days time, my Typhoon went from IV to X. It was ridiculous…ly awesome. All the while my Black Widow has been stuck at V since October.

Well i talked with a friend and we both agreed. Having played this game for nearly a year. Invested more than 600 hours into it and still have not unlocked everything - is ridicululous. UR drop rate should be 50% meaning 1 in 2 packs should give you UR. Even then it would take quite a bit of time. Its safe to say that 90% people will never unlock everything in this MP. Out of those 10% i think 7% get fed up and will buy their way to completion and 3% will try to get there by spending no money.

This weekend (Before buying packs I had maxed UR Volus Adept and Engineer, about 8 characters unlocked, not a single Rare weapon maxed)

3JEP, 4SP, 3PSP, 3AP, 3RP

First PSP got me Typhoon and PPR! Last pack was SP and I got Talon.

Got 4 new characters + some Rare gear maxed.

Well I got 3 URs last night, all from Spectre Packs. Still not getting anything from RPs.

I've maxed all my rares but still have about 60 total levels worth of UR weapons to unlock. I've also currently saved 5 million credits for the next DLC.

Assuming its a full package and we get new weapons, mods, and characters, should I then just buy straight RPs so I have a better chance of getting more UR cards along the way?

I swear all this number crunching in this games MP is driving me nuts. Been reading Cyonan topics lately on the facets of MP too.

Mathemagician is about right for this. I just want a stupid Collector SMG . I have everything else already.

Is the SMG weak btw? compared to others.

A buddy of mine had squat in 3 million. Going from SP to PSP. Finally got an UR tonight in a PSP. I tried buying RP and AP and got squat as well. I'm sticking to SP for now, they seem eager to give me something useful.

  I agree.  No game should take 700(ish) hours to complete.  It's just not a smart game plan for the developers - players get frustrated and quit.  I bet the playerbase would be a lot larger now if the UR drop rate was higher.

  This exactly.  I like the CSMG at X, but it still doesn't hold anything to my Hurricane VI.

That is what my data seem to suggest, yes.

RP's had the lowest credits per UR (411,230) and the highest per pack drop rate (24.1%). 

Although, I still think I need more data for anything to be statistically significant.  Luckily, I have 14 million creds in the bank waiting to be spent on some new URs!

  This experiment is going to consist solely of my unlocks, but randomfoo has a collaborative spreadsheet (using data from PSPs) that you could contribute to.  See link in OP for spreadsheet, and contact randomfoo if you want to be apart of it.

As far as I know, there is no collaboration involving RP or AP unlocks; and I'm not technically adept enough to create one haha

Well I did get 9 URs in a week just from RPs. My problem (now) is that I haven't gotten anything from RPs since (about a week), though I have been spending quite a bit less than usual since I started my current losing streak.

Third week was a bust. Only 3 UR-s. First 3 days i played but didnt get anything. Essentially i was in a dry spell for nearly 4 days (since sometime sunday). Then i got 3 UR-s single days and rest of the days i simply focused on maximizing my consumables and do some last minute credit hoarding for Reckoning. Since last week i was 4 UR-s short then this weeks goal is 11 UR-s. Should be doable since i will be buying over 70 RP-s on launch day. That is assuming there wont be another dry spell:
